Celem artykulu jest przedstawienie metod realizacji skokowej zmiany aktywności jonów na membranie elektrody jonoselektywnej. Opisano metodę z wirującym naczyniem i zmodyfikowaną metodę wstrzykową, które opracowano na potrzeby Laboratorium Miernictwa Przemysłowego, metody z elektrodami w układzie równoległym i szeregowym do jednoczesnego pomiaru za pomocą kilku elektrod jonoselektywnych oraz metody z jedną elektrodą pomiarową w układzie, w tym najnowszą celkę pomiarową z dwoma dyszami, która po wstępnych badaniach wydaje się być najlepszym rozwiąniem spośród wczesniej prezentowanych.

The work presents realizations of the ion activity steps at the membrane of ion-selective electrodes (ISEs). The most important elements in properly conducted experiments are exclusions of opening the (ISE - probe solution - reference electrode) measuring circuit and exclusions of mixing two different solutions before the contact with ISE's membrane. The rotating beaker methods and modified injection methods elaborated for didactic purpose used in frame or the Industry Measurement are described. The parallel and serial methods designed for simultaneous measuring using several ISEs have important drawbacks impossible to eliminate. The methods using only one ISE, including a measuring set-up with two jets, appear to be the best solution among presented methods.

W pracy zaprezentowano stanowisko badawcze do oceny stopnia zmieszania materiałów ziarnistych. Uniwersalne stanowisko pozwala także na ocenę energochłonności mieszania jak również strat energii (pomiar momentu obrotowego na wejściu i wyjściu).

In the paper a measuring setup for the estimation of mixing degree of grainy components is presented. The universal measuring setup permits also the estimation of mixing energy consumption and energy losses (measurements of input and output torque).

Parameter changes of the return potential phenomenon in paper-oil insulation

The paper presents testing of the return potential of a fresh paper-oil insulation sample earned out by using a laboratory measuring setup. A number of parameters of this phenomenon have been analyzed with the view of obtaining the evaluation of their usefulness for further research. The factor which caused changes in the return potential run was the degree of mineral oil saturation of the electrotechnical paper sample. The tests were performed every 24 hours, which allowed a free migration of mineral oil inside the insulation. The return potential changes were registered digitally using a high-voltage divider of a big resistance and an amplifier equipped with a measuring card.
