This article presents an assessment of measurement system that uses R&R method. An analysis was made for a several measurement systems and for several chosen casting products. The main goal of the analysis is to control if an analyzed system is acceptable, reliable, and useful. We can identify on the basis of this results that the two from these systems are acceptable, and two of them are conditionally acceptable. Additionally, the analysis has shown that the R&R method is a very easy and an useful tool that can identify if a measurement system works properly, and gives a reliable information about a system.
