W artykule omówiono koncepcję bezpieczeństwa systemów pomiarowo-sterujących z zastosowaniem sterownika PLC. Zaprezentowano rozwiązanie zastosowane w prostych systemach sterowania, gdzie stosowanie drogich elementów wykonawczych z wysokim stopniem bezpieczeństwa jest niecelowe. Opisane autorskie rozwiązania są stosowane do systemów: elektrycznych, hydraulicznych i pneumatycznych.

The article presents the concept of safety of measurement and control systems with the use of a PLC controller. The solution presented in simple control systems was presented, where the use of expensive executive elements with a high degree of security is pointless. The proprietary solutions described are used for electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

W artykule opisano nowy system pomiarowo-sterujący zainstalowany w tunelu aerodynamicznym Instytutu Lotnictwa T-1, o średnicy przestrzeni pomiarowej 1,5 m. System umożliwia pomiar i automatyczne sterowanie kątem natarcia i kątem ślizgu badanych modeli oraz pomiar ciśnienia dynamicznego przepływu niezaburzonego. Wszystkie trzy mierzone wartości są wyświetlane na wyświetlaczach cyfrowych. Ponadto możliwe jest sterowanie serwomechanizmem związanym z klapą, lotką lub sterem – o ile badany model posiada taką możliwość. W przypadku badań ciśnieniowych system obsługuje wielokanałowe czujniki ciśnień systemu DTC Initium, dokonując pomiaru (z podglądem rozkładu ciśnień i uzyskanych wartości współczynnika siły nośnej i współczynnika momentu pochylającego w czasie rzeczywistym). System umożliwia również zapis zmierzonych ciśnień na twardy dysk komputera. System ma zastosowanie podczas pomiarów za pomocą wagi tensometrycznej oraz pomiarów rozkładu ciśnień; w przypadku pomiarów z wykorzystaniem wagi mechanicznej kąt natarcia regulowany jest ręcznie (poprzez układ mechaniczny).

The paper describes a new measurement and control system mounted in the T-1 wind tunnel (with open test section, which diameter equals 1.5 m). The system enables the measurement and automatic control of the angle of attack and the sideslip angle, as well as the measurement of dynamic pressure. The measured values are displayed on the digital displays. It is also possible to set a proper deflection of the flap (or rudder, elevator etc.), if the tested object is equipped in moveable control surfaces, controlled by the servo or coupled servos. In case of pressure distribution investigation with DTC Initium pressure sensors the described system enables an on-line preview of pressure distribution on the airfoil surface and the lift coefficient and pitching moment coefficient. Logging the pressure values is also available. The system can be used during the measurement by strain-gauge balance or by pressure distribution measurement. When the aerodynamic loads are measured by the mechanical balance, the angle of attack is controlled manually (with the mechanic system).

Artykuł prezentuje budowę systemu kontrolno-pomiarowego rozdrabniacza precyzyjnego. Zbudowany system umożliwia przeprowadzenie badań w zakresie energochłonności i efektywności energetycznej procesu rozdrabniania przy określonych parametrach wyjściowych produktu końcowego. Obecnie brak jest zadowalających i skutecznych rozwiązań technologicznych służących poprawie efektywności energetyczno-środowiskowej w aspekcie dalszego przetwórstwa w recyklingu energetycznym. Otrzymane z prób laboratoryjnych wyniki poddane dalszej analizie będą cenną wskazówką do budowy wysokoefektywnych rozdrabniaczy precyzyjnych mających zastosowanie w przetwórstwie tworzyw sztucznych oraz materiałów biologicznych.

The paper presents the construction of the measurement and control system of a precise grinder (Fig. 2). Such a system enables performing investigations in the range of energy consumption and energetic efficiency of the process of comminution for the definite output parameters of the final product. At present there is a lack of satisfactory and effective technological solutions serving the improvement of energetic-environmental efficiency in the aspect of further processing in the energetic recycling [2,3]. The results obtained from laboratory tests and their analysis will be used for construction of a high - effective precise grinder, which will be implemented in the processing of polymers and biological materials. The methodology of effectiveness enhancement of selecting grinders for a wide group of materials processing includes also the state-of-the art - IT tools. A general grinding database will be built and developed using that methodology and it will continue being developed, based on the expert system.

W artykule przedstawiono koncepcję budowy uniwersalnego iskrobezpiecznego systemu pomiarowo-sterującego. Omówiono główne bloki funkcjonalne takiego systemu omawiając wybrane aspekty dotyczące etapu projektowania i adaptowania układów elektronicznych w obwodach kontrolno-pomiarowych, sterujących i transmisyjnych.

In the article the design conception of the universal intrinsically safe measurement and control system has been presented. The main functional blocks of that system and selected aspects of design stages as well as electronic circuit adaptation for control, measurement, and transmission purposes have been discussed.

W artykule przedstawiono elementy wykonawcze układów automatyki zarówno przemysłowej, jak i komercyjnej (stosowanej np. w domu inteligentnym). Scharakteryzowano system pomiarowo-kontrolny i jego znaczenie w automatyce. Następnie zdefiniowano i sklasyfikowano elementy wykonawcze zarówno pod względem zasady działania, jak i zastosowań. Szczegółowo omówiono poszczególne grupy urządzeń, kładąc nacisk na ich wady i zalety. Przedstawiono także przykładowy system wykorzystujący tego typu elementy.

The paper presents the main categories of the actuators applied in both industry installations and home facilities (including the smart house technology). The distributed measurement and control system as the main structure exploiting the actuators is first introduced. Then the main classes of actuators are described, including electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic groups. Each category is discussed in detail, focusing on its work regime, requirements, physical parameters and applications. Finally, the application example is presented, where particular functions of the selected elements of the whole system and actuators are shown.

Artykuł omawia system kontrolno-pomiarowy analizatora NDIR do pomiaru małych stężeń CO₂ i SO₂ w gazach spalinowych. System kontrolno-pomiarowy bazuje na trzech mikrokonwerterach ADuC 845, które są zintegrowanymi układami klasycznych mikrokontrolerów z precyzyjnymi 24-bitowymi przetwornikami analogowo-cyfrowymi. W prezentowanym systemie mikrokonwertery pracują równolegle, będąc ze sobą sprzężone w systemie master-slave za pośrednictwem interfejsu SPI. System kontrolno-pomiarowy ma 6 kanałów pomiarowych sygnałów stężenia gazów z detektorów NIDR, temperatury i ciśnienia. Ponadto według algorytmu PID reguluje temperaturę dwóch kuwet pomiarowych oraz steruje silnikiem krokowym oraz innymi elementami wykonawczymi. System wykonuje między innymi analizę FFT sygnałów z detektorów NDIR. Przetworzone wstępnie wyniki pomiarów system transmituje do komputera nadrzędnego w celu dalszej obróbki. Dla spełnienia wymagań czasowych cyklu pomiarów, sterowania i transmisji danych w systemie zastosowano szybkie algorytmy przetwarzania danych.

The paper describes the control and measurement system of NDIR analyser designed for measurements of low concentrations of CO₂ and SO₂ in exhaust gases. The control and measurement system is based on three ADuC 845 microconverters which are classic microcontrollers integrated with precise 24-bit analog-to-digital converters. In the presented system the operating parallel microconverters are coupled by SPI interface. The system has six channels for measurement gas concentration, temperature and pressure. Moreover the system controls temperature of two measurement cuvettes according to PID algorithm and controls step motor and other control elements. Among other functions it carries out FFT analysis of signals from NDIR detectors. After initial processing the measurement results are transmitted to supervisor computer for further processing. For fulfillment of time requirements of measurement, control and transmission cycle the special data processing algorithms are applied.

Zagadnienie bezpieczeństwa pracy i eksploatacji urządzeń w obiektach zagrożonych wybuchem, stwarzają szereg problemów związanych z wyładowaniami elektrostatycznymi. Powstający, w wyniku indukcji w polu elektrostatycznym lub wykonywania czynności o charakterze dynamicznym, ładunek elektryczny w środowisku łatwopalnym może prowadzić do powstania niebezpiecznego dla życia, zdrowia i mienia wybuchu. W artykule zaprezentowano metody badań własności antystatycznych farb i powłok. W PN istnieją zalecane metody pomiarowe takich badań. Ze względu na stosunkowo dużą niepewność pomiarową zaproponowano wstępny system pomiarowo-diagnostyczny pozwalający na weryfikacje właściwości antystatycznych farb i powłok w miejscu ich zastosowania( in-situ).

The issues of work safety and exploitation of devices in explosion - endangered zones create a number of problems related to electrostatic discharges. The electric charge, inducted in electrostatic field or as the result of dynamic activities in the inflammable environment may lead to explosions, witch are dangerous for life, health and belongings. In the paper the results of research on antistatic properties of paints and coatings have been presented. There are some recommended measurement methods for this kind of research in the Polish norms. Taking into account the relatively high measurement uncertainty, a preliminary measurement - diagnostic setup, allowing for in-situ verification of antistatic properties of paint and coatings was proposed .
