W artykule zaprezentowano własności mechaniczne rur wytworzonych z mieszanek proszkowych stopu 6061 z dodatkami cząstek twardych SiC lub Al2O3 po procesie wyciskania na gorąco przez matryce mostkowo-komorowe. Określono granicę plastyczności, wytrzymałość na rozciąganie oraz wydłużenie całkowite bezpośrednio po wyciskaniu i po obróbce cieplnej na stan T6. Dla badanych rur określono także maksymalną siłę rozpęczania oraz wytrzymałość na zrywanie pierścieni rur celem sprawdzenia jakości zgrzewów. Nie stwierdzono istotnych zmian własności mechanicznych dla rur bezpośrednio po wyciskaniu, w stosunku do rur po obróbce cielnej na stan T6.

The paper presents mechanical properties of tubes from 6061 alloy powder mixtures with additives of hard particles of SiC or Al2O3 after hot extrusion with the use of a porthole die. In the study, yield strength, tensile strength and elongation were determined immediately after extrusion and after heat treatment to T6 temper. The study also allowed for determining the maximum expanding force and tensile strength in the expanding ring tests carried out to check the quality of welds. No significant change in mechanical properties of the tubes immediately after hot extrusion in comparison to the tubes after heat treatment to T6 temper was observed.

Rozwój produkcji rur aluminiowych wynika z coraz większego zastosowania ich w różnych dziedzinach gospodarki. Na ten rozwój wpływa wiele czynników: wyniki prac naukowo-badawczych, innowacyjne udoskonalenia technologiczne oraz wynalazki dotyczące wytwarzania nowoczesnych wyrobów bezpośrednio z wyciskanych rur aluminiowych. Stwierdzono, że udoskonalenia projektowe i wykonawcze narzędzi wspomagają produkcję rur aluminiowych. W szczególności dotyczy to nowych konstrukcji matryc mostkowych.

The development of production of aluminium tubes results with more and more greater their use in different fields of economy. Many factors influence on this development: results of scientifically-investigative works, innovative technological improvement and inventions of production of modern products directly from extruded aluminium tubes. It was found that the project and executive improvements of tools support the production of aluminium tubes. In particularly, it refers to the new constructions of porthole dies.
