In this work one described the functioning mechanism of heat pipe with capillary structure and one given types of heat pipes and their directions for use in building. Following one presented mathematical-physical model of heat pipe with capillary structure including balance equations of heat and mass for particular pipe zones (phases) together with physical equations and boundary conditions.
