W publikacji przedstawiono materiałyodniesienia do sprawdzania stanowiska do badań odporności odzieży ochronnej na promieniowanie cieplne. Do badań parametru poziomu przenoszenia ciepła zastosowano materiały w formie trzech wariantów płytek z blachy Badania wewnątrzlaboratoryjne i międzylaboratoryjne wskazują, że płytki umożliwiają uzyskanie wysokiej powtarzalności wyników podczas badania w różnych laboratoriachna co wskazuje niski poziom różnicy krytycznej powtarzalności (2,7 ÷ 5,7 %).

The developed reference materials to be used to check a stand for testing protective clothing resistance to radiant heat according to PN-EN ISO 6942:2005 are presented (Fig. 1) [5]. A protective parameter referred to as the radiant heat transfer index RHTI24 is the result of the study. Acid-resistant steel plates were selected for production of reference materials. The amount of radiant heat penetrating the plate was regulated by using different numbers and diameters of apertures (Fig. 2). The developed materials were subjected to tests to determine the protection classes of the particular plate variants according to the classification of protective clothing materials compliant with PN-EN 11 612:2011 (Tab. 1) [4]. The results of intralaboratory and interlaboratory studies demonstrate that the plates make it possible to obtain high repeatability of the resultant RHTI24 values, which is indicated by a low level of critical repeatability difference (2.7 ÷ 5.7 %) (Tab. 3). The rather high level of critical reproducibility obtained (73 % for plate no 3, Tab. 3) indicating differences among the particular laboratories does not exclude the application of the plate in an individual laboratory because the observed differences may have been due to differences in construction of the test stands. The plates can serve as reference materials for checking the stand for testing heat resistance of protective materials, qualified to the most common classes of protection - 2 and 3.
