The article herein presents a new technique of controlling the system of collecting, storing and processing the information from the solar collectors, which might be applied to heating the industrial and domestic compartments for hot water supply. The most profitable usage of the solar collectors in the industry is replacement of a human interference with wireless sensor nets. The solar collector standard system consumes in average 30% of the heat due to poor control and configuration. Our monitoring and control system allows upgrade the performance of heating the industrial and domestic premises by means of solar collector for hot water supply.

W artykule opisano rozwiązanie kontroli załadunku i rozładunku skipu polegające na pomiarze różnicy sił w linach wynikającej z ciężaru naczynia przed i po załadunku skipu w stacji załadunku jak również przed i po rozładunku skipu w stacji rozładunku. Stosowanie tej metody jest możliwe pod warunkiem, że na naczyniu wydobywczym (skipię) funkcjonuje w sposób ciągły urządzenie pomiarowe sił w linach, które dostarcza łączem radiowym z wystarczającą częstotliwością dane pomiarowe do sterownika nadrzędnego w maszynie wyciągowej.

The article describes the solution of the control of loading and unloading of a skip which consisting in measuring of the difference of power in the ropes resulting from the weight of the vessel before and after loading the skip at the loading station as well as before and after unloading the skip at the unloading station. Using of this method is possible, provided that a device for measurement of forces in ropes operates in a continuous manner on the extraction vessel (skip), which provides measurement data via radio communication link with sufficient frequency to the master controller in the winding machine.
