Methods of analytical solution of the differential equation of advection mass transport with two-way dispersion in the unsteady state are presented. Cases of step, impulse and impulse with definite time period of the inflow of pollutants are discussed. Moreover, the principles of formulating the initial and the boundary conditions for these cases are given. The properties of the obtained solutions are described. Example of the evolution of the concentrations map with the lapse of time for the impulse inflow of pollutants is presented. There are given solutions for single-way problem and compared with equations for mean concentrations in cross section.
