The discussion undertaken in this paper addresses the subject of talent management. The theoretical background of talent management enables the identification of two basic cognitive perspectives of the description of this phenomenon. The first defines talent management in an organisation. The second, embedded in a global environment, identifies the essence of global talent management. The aim of the study is an attempt at a reinterpretation of the issue of talent management in projects. The methodology adopted in this article is based on the deductive method. The way of reasoning is based on discovering new relationships and classifications on the basis of previously known theoretical foundations. In this case, an analysis of the state-of-the-art in project management and talent management is made in order to conceptualize these issues in a new way. The research premise is the identification of three stages of project management evolution in a network environment (i.e. management of a project “within” an organisation, management of a “cross-organisational” project and management of an “ephemeral” project). The research results presented in the paper concern important issues in the development of management theory and practice. A new theoretical approach and systematizations of “symbiosis” between the talents and projects issues in organizations have been proposed. The presented approach in management practice may contribute to greater effectiveness of talent management in projects implemented by organizations.

Dyskusja podjęta w tym artykule dotyczy tematu zarządzania talentami. Teoretyczne podstawy zarządzania talentami umożliwiają identyfikację dwóch podstawowych perspektyw poznawczych opisu tego zjawiska. Pierwszy definiuje zarządzanie talentami w organizacji. Drugi, osadzony w środowisku globalnym, identyfikuje istotę globalnego zarządzania talentami. Celem badania jest próba reinterpretacji kwestii zarządzania talentami w projektach. Metodologia przyjęta w tym artykule opiera się na metodzie dedukcyjnej. Sposób rozumowania opiera się na odkrywaniu nowych relacji i klasyfikacji na podstawie wcześniej znanych podstaw teoretycznych. W tym przypadku dokonywana jest analiza najnowocześniejszego zarządzania projektami i zarządzania talentami w celu konceptualizacji tych problemów w nowy sposób. Założeniem badawczym jest identyfikacja trzech etapów ewolucji zarządzania projektami w środowisku sieciowym (tj. Zarządzanie projektem „w ramach organizacji”, zarządzanie projektem „międzyorganizacyjnym” i zarządzanie projektem „efemerycznym”). Wyniki badań przedstawione w artykule dotyczą ważnych zagadnień w rozwoju teorii i praktyki zarządzania. Zaproponowano nowe podejście teoretyczne i systematyzację „symbiozy” między talentami i problemami projektów w organizacjach. Przedstawione podejście w praktyce zarządzania może przyczynić się do większej efektywności zarządzania talentami w projektach realizowanych przez organizacje.

The theoretical and empirical discussion presented in this paper concerns the subject of project management from the perspective of the functioning of project teams. The research problem is the location of project team management in a networked space. The research methodology applied in the paper, includes literature analysis and expert methods. The aim of empirical studies is to identify key success factors in project team management in a networked space. The proposed research procedure of Philips 66 technique has enabled identification of a set of factors that are crucial for management of multicultural project teams in a networked space. This is followed by analysis of each of the factors and identification of key success factors in project team management.

Omówiona w referacie teoretyczna i empiryczna dyskusja dotyczy tematu zarządzania projektami z perspektywy funkcjonowania zespołów projektowych. Problemem badawczym jest lokalizacja zarządzania zespołem projektowym w przestrzeni sieciowej. Metodologia badań zastosowana w artykule obejmuje analizę literatury i metody eksperckie. Celem badań empirycznych jest identyfikacja kluczowych czynników sukcesu w zarządzaniu zespołem projektowym w przestrzeni sieciowej. Zaproponowana procedura badawcza w technice Philips 66 umożliwiła identyfikację zestawu czynników, które są kluczowe dla zarządzania wielokulturowymi zespołami projektowymi w przestrzeni sieciowej. Następnie analizuje się każdy z czynników i identyfikuje kluczowe czynniki sukcesu w zarządzaniu zespołem projektowym.

This paper presents an analysis of the transfer of information in planning, monitoring and control phases of a structural project using building information modeling (BIM), in order to determine the essential information that should be available in each stage of the project. The results show that the integration of the BIM into the planning of project implementation results in greater control of the model, preventing the occurrence of inefficiencies during development. In addition, the BIM helps to save time and cost because the building is programmed and it is constructed virtually before being built in place. Due to this simulation process, called 4D simulation, it is possible to reduce problems in the project by 20%, and set the deadlines for a more accurate implementing, around 30%, since all project professionals (engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.) can visualize how the construction advances and help to refine the 4D simulation.

This publication shows the issue of decision-making process for aviation engineer in the diagnosis of helicopter. Decision model influence on system of safety aviation activity connected with correct service and operating of aircraft. The system constructed according to model of decision loop helps to select essential information and analyze current technical state of helicopter, what allow on quick and efficient planning next technical activities. The decision loop is very good indication, which should be used by technical staff and pilots during maintenance and operation of aircraft.

W publikacji przedstawiono istotę procesu decyzyjnego inżyniera lotniczego w diagnozowaniu śmigłowca dla bezpieczeństwa lotniczego oraz działalność związana z prawidłowym obsługiwaniem i użytkowaniem statków powietrznych. Systemy diagnostyczny konstruowane wg pętli decyzyjnej pomaga selekcjonować istotne informacje, analizować aktualny stan techniczny śmigłowca, co pozwala na szybkie i skuteczne zaplanowanie racjonalnych, technicznych działań. Model-pętla decyzyjna stanowi bardzo dobry wskaźnik, jakim powinien się kierować personel lotniczy podczas eksploatacji statków powietrznych.

This publication show issue of decision process for safety air activity connected with correct service and using of aircraft.
