Article describes modern solutions included in information systems deployed in SaaS mode, which are dedicated to small and medium enterprises. It also presents criteria which should be taken into consideration when implementing cloud solutions in a company. The article may be useful for people from the TSL sector who are interested in both the listing of functions in applications currently offered on the market as well as current directions of ERP class software development offered in the SaaS distribution model.

W artykule autorka przyjęła, że na ocenę pozycji konkurencyjnej wpływają czynniki takie jak: marka i kultura organizacyjna, potencjał społeczny w tym kompetencje techniczne, siła finansowa i rentowność, rynkowa pozycja firmy mierzona bezwzględnym lub względnym udziałem w rynku oraz tendencja jego zmian, kosztowa pozycja przedsiębiorstwa usług logistycznych. Konkurencja jest siłą napędową rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa i przede wszystkim zachodzi między przedsiębiorstwami.

Competitive position of company may define as multidimensional, precise by group of factors platform, which set brand, organizational culture, social potential, financial strength, market position of companies measured ruthless or relative part in market as well as tendency of him of changes and cost position of enterprise of logistic services. Companies come under pro competitive pressure of market entourage and they have conscience of meaning competitiveness in achieving aims, building competitive position and economical improvement efficiency of managing. Total and permanent presence and high range of competitive problem inflict, that it become detailed object of attention in activity logistic enterprises.
