There is in the paper a practical example of the concept of competency management on the example of Brembo. Based on a popular literature, a typology of competence developed by F. Delaware, LeDeist, and J. Winterton we done an analysis of the board of Brembo competencies required at different positions. The paper presents a method for classifying skills and assign them to indwidual standpoints used in Brembo. In this paper there also been identified as that used at the division of powers shall be stated in the aforementioned typology.
