Zarządzanie renowacją budynku zabytkowego, który wcześniej nie był użytkowany, wiąże się z konsekwencjami braku prowadzenia prac renowacyjnych przez długi okres. Celem artykułu jest analiza konsekwencji zaniechania prac renowacyjnych i przedstawienie strategii renowacji wynikającej z tej analizy. Budynki w zespołach pałacowo-parkowych często nie były użytkowane przez ostatni okres, ale zawsze urzekają swoim urokiem i sentymentem do przeszłości. Wymagają jednak od właścicieli dużych wyzwań związanych z zakresem prac renowacyjnych tych obiektów. Mimo wszystko, bardzo często właściciele są wręcz zafascynowani tymi budynkami, a wtedy jakiekolwiek przeszkody praktycznie nie istnieją. Przykładem są prace renowacyjne prowadzone w oficynie pałacowej w Bieczu.

Managing the renovation of a heritage building that has not previously been in use involves the consequences of not carrying out any renovation work for a long period of time. The aim of this article is to analyse the consequences of not carrying out renovation work and to present a renovation strategy resulting from this analysis. Buildings in palace and park complexes always captivate with their charm and sentiment to the past. However, they require their owners to overcome considerable challenges in relation to the wide range of renovation work on these buildings. Nevertheless, very often the owners are fascinated by these buildings and then any obstacles are practically non-existent. An example of this is the renovation work carried out on a manor outbuilding in Biecz.

Logistics business will still constitute an area where it is possible to achieve a significant cost savings, an activity which has enormous potential impact on customer satisfaction and marketing weapon that can be effectively used for competitive advantage. Costs are an important economic category, which significantly affects the business and so this category should be analysed, evaluated and optimised. Cost optimization is an activity which provides the "best cost". In relation to significant changes in business conditions, which are reflected in the emphasis on the need to coordinate business activities, special activities and processes in cross-section of individual units in realised performances, is also developed so-called process cost accounting. It is often referred to as accountingoriented processes and activities - Activity Based Accounting, which aims to provide a basis for managing these processes.

The learning organization is one of the methodologies for continuous improvement in consideration of increasing market competitiveness. But in the practice, so ideal performances are not existing. Theoretical bases, including innovativeness, dissemination and distribution of information, and so on, are prepared, although the natural development in the area is progressing. Therefore the traditional learning, empirical learning and cybernetical learning form three fundamental directions of activities. The real implementation must consider: recognition, planning, re-organization, preparation, action and evaluation with continuous improvement. Here find the application the following approaches like coaching, mentoring and benchmarking, because the motivation (or self-motivation) directed to new challenges is the most important activity for the future. The analysis of this kind is presented in the article.
