W pracy przeanalizowano pod względem funkcjonalnym, oprogramowanie narzędziowe wspomagające proces zarządzania gospodarstwem rolnym. Zidentyfikowano problematykę związaną z prognozowaniem zużycia paliwa w procesach agrotechnicznych. Opracowano algorytmy zużycia paliwa uwzględniające charakterystyki techniczne maszyn, uwarunkowania środowiskowe i właściwości procesów agrotechnicznych. Opracowane algorytmy zapisano cyfrowo w środowisku Delphi. Na podstawie wykonanego oprogramowania wygenerowano prognozy zużycia paliwa dla przykładowych procesów produkcyjnych.

This paper analyzes the functionality of a utility software program supporting the farm management process. The problems connected with predicting fuel consumption in agricultural processes are identified. Fuel consumption algorithms were developed taking into account the technical characteristics of machinery, environmental conditions and features of agricultural processes. The developed algorithms were recorded digitally in the Delphi environment. Fuel consumption predictions for production processes were generated based on the created software program.

Most of specialized types of the systems in the class of Management Information Systems (MIS) are focused on supporting the aims of a single company. In this paper, a new class of information systems is defined. The class is focused on supporting the market environment in which a number of autonomous entities operate and strive to achieve their selfish objectives. Market-based Information Systems (MBIS) are responsible for the operational functioning of the market mechanisms. They play significant role in the electricity sector, e.g. on the wide-area balancing markets, as well as on the local markets. Designing the MBISes requires an approach quite different from traditional design and implementation methods of integrated management systems. In the paper, the MBIS specificity is discussed and finally a new methodology for MBIS development, which is partially derived from ARIS (Architecture of Integrated Information Systems) methodology, is proposed.

W klasie systemów informatycznych zarządzania poszczególne systemy są zorientowane na wspieranie celów pojedynczego przedsiębiorstwa. W artykule została wprowadzona nowa podklasa systemów informatycznych zarządzania, która jest dedykowana do wsparcia funkcjonowania systemów rynkowych, na których grupa autonomicznych podmiotów dąży do realizacji prywatnych celów. Systemy klasy MBIS (Market-based Information Systems) są odpowiedzialne za funkcjonowanie mechanizmów rynkowych. Odgrywają one szczególnie ważną rolę w sektorze energetycznym gospodarki, np. na rynku bilansującym w skali kraju lub na rynkach lokalnych. Projektowanie systemów klasy MBIS wymaga odmiennego podejścia niż podejście tradycyjnie stosowane w projektach zintegrowanych systemów zarządzania. W artykule dokonano analizy specyfiki MBIS oraz sformułowano propozycję metodyki projektowej MBIS częściowo wywodzącej się z metodyki ARIS (Architecture of Integrated Information Systems).

The paper describes types and features of open software distributed under the open license, what gives users free possibility to use and modify. Types and examples of software devoted to universal management Systems as well as to address special user needs are presented. The author describes benefits of using open software in economy and public administration. The result of the analysis is presented: what are the main reasons that there can be observed still too small application of open software in companies and institutions. The author shows propositions of main activities to change this state as well.

Every large organization has problems coordinating the activities of all the employees. We study the practical aspects of using a main Management Information System , called MIS, to enable management by objectives. This method called MBO can be applied for a large audience, including the widely understood management of a company and consultants (sellers) whose job involves direct contact with customers. This paper presents a study of the phases of determining the specific sets of tasks for the financial year and the principles of their normalization (standardization).We discuss the necessary functionality of the MIS (or precisely - the applications which support the MBO process), which enables participants of the MBO process to create and maintain a list of task definitions at every level of the organization structure of a company.

Dynamiczny rozwój technologii informatycznych systematycznie wpływa na zmiany systemów wspomagających zarządzanie. Ostatnie lata zaowocowały rozwojem metod komunikacji oraz technologii związanych z informacją rozproszoną, co zasadniczo wpłynęło na zmiany w sposobach prowadzenia przedsiębiorstwa. Artykuł dotyczy analizy możliwości zastosowania technologii agentowej w systemach wspierających różne obszary zarządzania w przedsiębiorstwie. Zdefiniowany został podział zastosowań technologii agentowej w obszarze zarządzania oraz zaprezentowano podejście do zagadnień stosowania systemów wieloagentowych m.in. w nowoczesnych modelach systemu zarządzania procesem produkcyjnym, procesu zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw oraz procesu przebiegu negocjacji cenowych.

The dynamic development of Information Technology affects systematic changes in management information systems. Recent years have resulted in the development of communication methods and technologies related to distributed information, which essentially affected the change in the way of running of a business. The paper concerns the analysis of possible application of agent technology in the systems for supporting the various areas of management in the enterprise. The paper presents also the different applications of agent technologies, a typology and define the notion of an agent. The Author describes also the distribution and use of agent technology in the area of management and presents an approach to issues of multi-agent systems in modern models: manufacturing process management, supply chain management process, the process of price negotiation process, and many others.

Systemy informacji menedżerskiej stanowią pomost pomiędzy systemem decyzyjnym a podległymi systemami wykonawczymi oraz ich otoczeniem bliższym i dalszym. Właściwe rozumienie miejsca i roli systemów informacyjnych w strukturze organizacyjnej przedsiębiorstwa, szczególnie w dobie społeczeństwa informacyjnego, gdzie zalew informacją jest zjawiskiem codziennym, staje się nadrzędnym wyzwaniem każdej organizacji. Systemy informacji menedżerskiej wymagają efektywnego zasilania danymi transakcyjnymi i organizowania danych analitycznych. Systemy wspomagające procesy decyzyjne implikują uporządkowanie i integrację zasobów informacyjnych oraz zmiany strukturalne, inicjujące często przebudowę całego systemu zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Wykorzystuje się do tego celu różnorodne strategie i modele informacyjne.

Correct understanding of place and role of information systems in organization chart of entrepreneurship, especially in information society time, where information bomb is a regular thing, becomes on overall task for each organization. Information management systems require effective supply of operational data and organizing of analytical information. Decision support systems implicate order and integration of information resources and structural changes, initiating a system of business management. Diverse strategies and information models are used to achieve above.
