Celem opracowania jest ukazanie idei action research. Autor główny nacisk kładą na praktyczne wykorzystanie koncepcji w samych przedsiębiorstwach. Wiedza postawiona jest w modelu action research, jako główny zasób przedsiębiorstwa. Opracowanie przedstawia wszystkie elementy modelu od definicji i głównych zasad, poprzez działania w ramach samego procesu, aż po zasadnicze przewagi action research wobec innych metodyk doradczych.

The issue of this paper is to introduce the idea of action research. Author point out the practical side of the concept during the implementation in the company. Knowledge is the most important resource. This paper emphasize all parts of the action research process: main definitions, process’ activities, general advantages of the action research in comparison to others consulting methods.

Artykuł ma na celu wykazać istnienie spójnego szkieletu systemu postępowania i reguł stanowiącego model wyjściowy do budowy indywidualnych modeli zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi w bankach w oparciu o wstępne badanie ankietowe. Model jest ogólny, przez co stanowi wstęp do szerszych badań w tym temacie.

Increasing number of functioning enterprises in international dimension requires appropriate way of managing them. Also growing importance of knowledge as an element of building permanent competitive advantage led to increasing meaning of the human resources management, especially in its' strategic aspect. Essential part of this process belongs to board of management, particularly to global managers - much more often appearing in those days. Article presents broad outline of international human resources management issues in strategic dimension.

The paper presents changes of relations between net working capital management strategy in agricultural enterprises and effectiveness of main factors of production employment as well as efficiency of current assets and liquidity management. Employment of land and labour resources usually occurred to be the most effective in enterprises of con- j servative strategy of working capital management, whereas implementation of aggressive strategy resulted in losses. In the enterprises of conservative strategy, period of receivables and liabilities' turnover was satisfactory. It allowed to keep current and instant liquidity in the enterprises. The least stable situation was found in the enterprises of aggressive strategy, where was lack of liquidity. On the other hand, enterprises of moderate strategy were threatened by lose of liquidity. In the research period, the conservative way of activity financing, in comparison to the aggressive one, caused better effects. However, it should be considered that rational utilization of short-term loan capital results in increase of equity effectiveness.

Planning of the personnel as a part of human resources management concerns its quantitative and qualitative changes in the define time. It stimulates crea-tiveness, allows people to achieve higher results and moreover stimulates innovations and increases productiveness. It also determines the kind of the decisions undertaken in the organisation, creates the culture of change and directs the future in the enterprise.
