W opracowaniu zaprezentowano ewolucję organizacji procesowej i zarządzania procesowego, oraz podejścia procesowego, wraz z klasycznymi, współczesnymi i nowoczesnymi koncepcjami zarządzania. Przedstawiono zalety i wady tej formy organizacyjnej. Zaakcentowano umiejętne wybranie i zastosowanie jej, razem z wybranymi koncepcjami zarządzania w danej sytuacji. W opracowaniu przedstawiono aspekty gospodarki współczesnej, regionalnej i globalnej, nowoczesnych technologii zwłaszcza informatycznych, automatyzacji oraz potrzeb klienta, które w XXI wieku wymuszają zmiany w zarządzaniu, także w kierunku zarządzania procesowego.

The article presents the evolution of the procedural organization, process management and process approach with classic, contemporary and modern concepts of management. The advantages and disadvantages of this organizational form, skillful select and apply, together with the selected management concepts in a given situation. Accented here are aspects of the economy of contemporary global, modern technology, especially information technology, automation and the needs of the client, which in the 21st century necessitate changes in the management, also in the direction of process management.

The article introduces the issues connected with benchmarking as a concept of continuous improvement of the organization. The concept was presented in comparison with other modem management Systems, such as: Lean Management, Outsourcing and Business Process Reeingineering (BPR). In particular, the emphasis was placed on clarifying the essence of continuous improvement of the organization and the need for skillful change management. On this basis, essence, methodology and different types of benchmarking was presented in detail. Not only the benefits of benchmarking was highlighted, but also some examples of its implementation were presented. The article demonstrates that benchmarking is a fundamental concept of companies, which recognized self - improvement as their strategic goal.

Skuteczne i odznaczające się wysoką jakością kierowanie współczesną firmą, opiera się na m.in. na wykorzystaniu nowoczesnych koncepcji zarządzania. Należy do nich m.in. logistyczna koncepcja zarządzania. Omawiana koncepcja obejmuj planowanie, realizację i kontrolę przemieszczania oraz rozmieszczania zasobów materialnych (ludzi, sprzętu, materiałów) i niematerialnych (zasobów finansowych oraz informacji), a także inne działania wspierające i towarzyszące.

The present concept involves the planning, implementation and control of the movement and deployment of material resources (people, equipment, materials) and intangible resources (financial resources, and information), and other measures to support and accompany.

Trust and reputation management is gaining nowadays more attention then ever as online commodity exchange and other open virtual societies became a widespread reality. Most widely used computational models use reputation metrics as global property assigned to each party. More sophisticated models try to use reputation as subjective property. While introducing subjective reputation there arise a need to model preferences of agents. In this paper we propose to use weighted ordered weighted average (WOWA) operator to support the decision maker in assessing available evidence about other's party behavior. The WOWA aggregation is defined by two weighting vectors: the preferential weights assigned to the ordered quantities and the importance weights assigned to several attributes. It allows one to express both the preference regarding sources of information by the corresponding importance weights and the compensation between attribute values aggregated by the preferential weights.

W referacie omówiono powody, dla których konieczne jest zainteresowanie się dynamicznymi koncepcjami i metodami zarządzania w małych firmach produkcyjnych. Podjęto próbę dedukcyjnego, a następnie w oparciu o przeprowadzone badania ankietowe, indukcyjnego określenia zapotrzebowania na nowe koncepcje i metody zarządzania w małych przedsiębiorstwach produkcyjnych.

The lecture presents the reasons for an obligatory interest in dynamic concepts and methods of management in small and medium production enterprises. An attempt of a deduction approach was made, followed by an induction based on a questionary, in order to estimate the demand for new management concepts and methods in small and medium production enterprises.
