Celem opracowania było przedstawienie internetowego rozwiązania o nazwie Portal Autoryzowanego Sprzedawcy e-AS, wspomagającego procedury sprzedaży węgla oraz kontaktów z klientem wdrożonego w KHW SA. Podjęto próbę pokazania ważnej roli sytemu w organizowaniu współpracy z siecią klientów zrzeszonych jako autoryzowani sprzedawcy węgla. Omówiono także główne funkcje sytemu m. in. zarządzanie dokumentacją handlową, umowę roczną, zamówienie kwartalne, zlecenie sprzedaży wraz z zastosowaniem kwalifikowanego podpisu elektronicznego do potwierdzania autentyczności dokumentu i tożsamości jego nadawcy przy wymianie informacji drogą elektroniczną. Artykuł zawiera także rozważania dotyczące potencjalnych możliwości i kierunków dalszego rozwoju systemu.

The aim of the study was to present the Internet solution called Authorized Seller's Portal e-AS, which was designed to support the coal selling procedures and to enhance the contacts with a customer, and which bas been introduced in KBW S.A. The attempt was made at showing the importance of the system in organizing the cooperation with a net of customers associated as the authorised coal vendors. What has also been described, are the main functions of the system, i.a. the commercial documentation management, the annual agreement, the quarterly order, the sale order using the qualified electronic signature for confirmation of the document's authenticity and its sender's identity while exchanging information by means of the Internet. The article also contains the ideas concerning the system's potential possibilities and the directions for its further development.
