Fuels that do not meet the requirements of quality standards cannot be used to power vehicle engines. The work involved physico-chemical analyses of non-normative fuel and its effect on the operational properties of the powered vehicle. The research fuels were two gasolines, characterized by a reduced resistance to oxidation processes due to their long-term storage. The results were compared to the properties of conventional fuels that met all normative requirements. The studies have shown that the fuel slightly deviating from the standard parameters does not noticeably affect the useful properties of the vehicle.

Opisano wstępne próby pomiaru wybranych próbek paliw będących w różnych stadiach procesów starzeniowych. Celem pracy było wyznaczenie nowych metod możliwości detekcji procesów starzeniowych w długoterminowo magazynowanych paliwach płynnych. Nowe metody detekcji powinny umożliwiać opracowanie prostszej aparatury niż ta, która jest wykorzystywana podczas badań określonych normami.

The trial measurement experiments of selected liquid fuels which have different ageing conditions were described. The main aim of this work was determination of new methods of detection of ageing processes in long term storaged liquid fuels. The new methods of detection should enable elaboration of less complicated apparatus than standard one.

Celem przeprowadzonych badań było wstępne określenie możliwości długoterminowego magazynowania wysokotemperaturowego ciepła odpadowego w gruntowym magazynie energii. Zastosowanie elementu magazynującego pozwoli na zminimalizowanie strat energii wynikających z niewykorzystania ciepła powstałego w procesach produkcyjnych, na które nie ma bieżącego zapotrzebowania. Podstawę do poniższych rozważań stanowi analiza numeryczna gruntowego magazynu energii. Wstępnie rozważono wpływ rodzaju gruntu na możliwości magazynowania. Niniejsza praca może stanowić wstępny krok w badaniu możliwości wykorzystania gruntu do celów sezonowego magazynowania energii.

The aim of the research was to estimate energy storage of high-temperature heat waste inside the underground energy storage. Additional application of the store element minimize energy losses, which are resulted from production processes. However, the after production heat waste can not be used simultaneously for other processes. Results that are presented in this paper were drawn on the basis of numerical simulation of the energy storage. Preliminary analysis of the influence of ground type on the energy storage system was estimated. Presented material may initiate future research related to possibility of using the ground as seasonal energy storage.
