Use of Selected Adaptive Models to Forecast Accidents During the Repair, Maintenance, Installation of Machines and Equipment

In the article the possibility of using selected adaptive models to forecast accidents at work during repairing, maintaining and installing machines, was presented. On the basis of statistical data on persons injured in accidents at work (2009-2018), the process of their forecasting was carried out (for 2019 and the years 2019-2021) and the errors of expired forecasts were determined. Prediction of empirical data allowed for the assessment of accident rates among persons injured in total accidents and allowed for the assessment of the state of occupational safety in the area with was analyzed. The presented models can be used to assess accidents in other sectors of the economy and be a tool used to assess the state of occupational safety in an enterprise.

W artykule przedstawiono nowoczesną efektywną metodę montażu ciężkich maszyn i urządzeń przy użyciu specjalnie do tego celu opracowanego tworzywa polimerowego EPY. Dokonano analizy porównawczej charakterystyk mechanicznych połączeń stykowych powierzchni chropowatych (rys. 1), bezpośrednich oraz z cienką warstwą tworzywa polimerowego odlaną i utwardzoną między tymi powierzchniami. W analizie i ocenie metod montażu maszyn i urządzeń uwzględniono kryteria techniczne, ekonomiczne i eksploatacyjne. Przedstawiono wyniki specjalnych badań laboratoryjnych (rys. 2 i 3), które potwierdzają istotne zalety techniczne, występujące w przypadku stosowania cienkiej warstwy tworzywa utwardzonej pomiędzy łączonymi ze sobą powierzchniami elementów maszyn. Omówiono podstawowe właściwości technologiczne i wytrzymałościowe tworzywa EPY i pokazano szerokie możliwości jego zastosowania w praktyce. Podano kilka konkretnych przykładów (rys. 4-7) ilustrujących różne możliwości praktycznego zastosowania tworzywa EPY w montażu nowych oraz remoncie i modernizacji istniejących już maszyn i urządzeń stosowanych w górnictwie odkrywkowym.

This paper presents a modern and highly effective method of assembling heavy machinery and equipment with use of special EPY compound which had been worked out particularly to this purpose. A comparison analysis of the mechanical characteristics for the contact interface of rough surfaces, connected directly and with a thin layer of polymer compound, cast and hardened between them (Fig. 1), were made. In the analysis and evaluation of the assembling methods technical, economic and maintenance criteria were taken into account. Some results of special laboratory tests are presented in Figs 2 and 3, which confirm the essential technical advantages of the EPY compound application in the assembling of machine components. The basic technological and strength properties of the EPY compound are discussed and the wide possibilities of its practical application are shown. Some real examples are presented (Figs 4 - 7) in order to illustrate various possibilities of the compounds application in assembling new machines and devices as well as in repairing and modernisation of the already existing objects in the surface mining.
