This paper deals with the constraints imposed on error compensation systems by their implementation strategies. Constraints stemming from the structure of the control system with an NCK architecture of the ADCBI type are presented. Practical realizations of compensation and potential solutions offered by contemporary commercial CNC controllers are discussed.

W zmodyfikowanym centrum frezarskim BĄK zaproponowano automatyczną wymianę narzędzi. W celu zapewnienia stabilności pracy magazynu narzędzi dokonano zmian konstrukcyjnych mechanizmu wymiany narzędzi oraz sposobu ich mocowania. Przedstawiono rysunki rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych. W dalszej części przedstawiono zagadnienia badania dokładności obrabiarek CNC.

In the modified milling center BĄK proposed automatic tool change. In order to ensure the stability of the work of the tool store, structural modifications of the tool exchange mechanism and the method of fixing them were made. Drawings of structural solutions are presented. The issues of precision testing of CNC machine tools are presented below.
