Advanced possibilities of using the finite element method (FEM) in the process of designing a mobile chipper were presented. The usefulness of vibration analysis with FEM in assessing the stability of a structure subjected to forces of variable and undetermined frequency was demonstrated. Based on hybrid analytical and numerical calculations, a , the proper accuracy of the calculations was shown and justification of using FEM to calculate the structure loaded with periodically changing forces was confirmed. Advanced possibilities of using the finite element method (FEM) in the process of designing a mobile chipper were presented. The usefulness of the FEM analysis of vibrations in assessing the stability of a structure subjected to variable and unsteady frequency excitation was demonstrated. On the basis of the hybrid calculations - analytical and numerical, the proper accuracy of the calculations was demonstrated and the purposefulness of using the FEM method for the calculations of the structure loaded with periodically changing forces was confirmed.

This research paper contains the plan necessary to implement the Just-in-Time method. The target of research, analysis and implementation of JiT is an enterprise producing agricultural machines, cars, etc. The concept serves as an enhancement of the information and material process. This article demonstrates the process of introducing the selected tool inside a factory. It also highlights the benefits of JiT idea.

Opracowanie zawiera plan niezbędny do wdrażania metody Just-in-Time. Obiektem badań, analizy i wprowadzania JiT jest przedsiębiorstwo produkujące maszyny rolnicze, samochody, itp. Omawiana koncepcja służy usprawnieniu procesów przepływu informacji i materiałów. W artykule przedstawiono proces wprowadzania wybranego narzędzia wewnątrz fabryki. Wyeksponowano też korzyści wynikające idei JiT.

Dynamic processes in mechanical machining of drilling complex, which include drilling derrick, lifting mechanism, column of drilling tubes and impulse-wave device for column dismissing. Calculation model of changeable structure is taken for researching. Dynamic processes are described by totality of ordinary differential equations and equations with partial derivative. Algorithm for computation of extreme routine working of drilling complex is build on using numerical methods of analysis. Wave processes in the column and load of system elements, which are conditioned by impulse, stimulate is for example illustrated.

In work the influence of rigid nonlinear properties of the elastic coupling to transitional operational modes drive of the module is considered. A constructed mathematical model drive of a system with allowance for correlation of mechanical oscillations and electromagnetic apperances in an asynchronous drive. The influence of nonlinearly of rigid performance and factor of a linear resistance of the coupling on a maximum value of loads of single launch to a drive is analysed.

Problems concerned experimental detemination of dynamic properties of complex structures supporting the bearings of rotary machinery have been presented in the paper. Experiences, aqiured during practical application of known methodology of harmonic excitation on the area of determination of the properties of the huge test bench for investigations of the rotor dynamics and its slide bearings, are discussed. Preliminary concept od application of this methodology and modifications stemming from the accumulated experiences has been indicated. Obtained results have been illustrated by the graphs of modules and phases of flexibility matrix also relevant dstributions of the coefficients of equivalent stiffness and damping coefficients.
