Omówiono wyniki badań recepturowo - technologicznych, realizowanych w Instytucie Spawalnictwa nad lutami proszkowymi w postaci mieszaniny z topnikiem do łączenia stali narzędziowych - szybkotnących, lutami srebrnymi w postaci prętów otulonych o podwyższonej trwałości mechanicznej, specjalistycznymi topnikami do lutowania twardego wysokostopowych stali nierdzewnych i tytanu. Podano właściwości lutownicze nowo opracowanych materiałów i właściwości wykonanych nimi połączeń.

It has been presented the results of the following investigations carried out in the Institute of Welding: development of formula of brazing powders in the form of mixture with flux for joining of rapid tool steels, development of flux coated silver brazing rods with higher mechanical durability and development of special fluxes for brazing of high-alloy stainless steels and titanium. Brazing properties of the new materials and properties of the joints made by them have also been presented.

It has been presented the course and results of investigations on the formula of a silver solder of the Ag-Cu-Zn-Sn type, grade AG 104, in the form of the flux coated bar. Technological tests of soldering properties of the new developed solder as well as the quality and mechanical properties of the joints made with its use have been discussed.
