W pracy przedstawiono kryteria główne i związane z nimi kryteria szczegółowe (subkryteria), które zostały opracowane na potrzeby oceny ścianowych systemów mechanizacyjnych w aspekcie ich innowacyjności. W celu zapewnienia najwyższego poziomu obiektywizmu zastosowano Analizę Hierarchiczną Problemu (AHP), która należy do metod oceny grupowej wielokryterialnej z oceną istotności kryteriów oceny. Wykorzystanie kryteriów do założonego celu wymagało przeprowadzenia serii porównań parami, dokonanych przez zespół doświadczonych ekspertów, w efekcie czego uzyskano liczbową miarę ważności analizowanych elementów. Niniejsza praca jest pierwsza w cyklu 3 artykułów dotyczących problematyki oceny innowacyjności ścianowych systemów mechanizacyjnych.

The main criteria and related to them the detailed ones (subcriteria), which have been developed for needs of evaluation of longwall mechanization systems regarding their innovativeness, have been presented in the paper. To provide for the highest level of objectivity, the Hierarchical Problem Analysis (Polish abbreviation AHP) has been used. This method belongs to methods of multi-criteria group evaluation including assessment of essence of evaluation criteria. A use of criteria for this aim, required to perform series of comparisons in pairs made by a team of experienced people. As a result, a numerical measure of significance of the elements being analysed, has been obtained. This paper is the first one within the series of 3 papers relating to problems of assessment of innovativeness of the longwall mechanization systems.

W pracy przedstawiono ocenę ścianowych systemów mechanizacyjnych stosowanych w pokładach poziomych i słabo nachylonych w aspekcie innowacyjności, którą przeprowadzono na podstawie porównania poszczególnych elementów zdefiniowanej struktury hierarchicznej problemu zgodnie z przyjętą procedurą metody AHP. Oceny dokonano na podstawie wzajemnego porównania przez ekspertów wariantów technologii pod kątem względnej ważności w odniesieniu do elementu znajdującego się na poziomie bezpośrednio wyższym (kryteria szczegółowe). W oparciu o uzyskane dane dokonano hierarchizacji ścianowych systemów mechanizacyjnych stosowanych w pokładach poziomych i słabo nachylonych w aspekcie szeroko pojętej innowacyjności.

An evaluation of mechanized longwall systems used at horizontal and flat seams regarding their innovativeness has been presented in the paper. The evaluation was made on the basis of comparison of respective elements of defined hierarchic structure of the problem according to the established procedure of the AHP method. The experts made the evaluation based on the comparison of the versions of technologies in use regarding a relative significance with reference to an element being at directly higher level (detailed criteria). On the basis of the data achieved, a hierarchic classification of mechanized longwall systems used at horizontal and flat seams regarding their innovativeness widely understood has been made.

W pracy scharakteryzowano systemy automatyki maszyn i urządzeń stosowanych w ścianowych systemach mechanizacyjnych w górnictwie światowym. Przedstawiono ocenę tych systemów w aspekcie innowacyjności, którą przeprowadzono na podstawie porównania poszczególnych elementów zdefiniowanej struktury hierarchicznej problemu zgodnie z przyjętą procedurą metody AHP. W oparciu o ocenę przeprowadzoną przez grupę ekspertów dokonano hierarchizacji systemów automatyki ścianowych systemów mechanizacyjnych w aspekcie szeroko pojętej innowacyjności. Niniejsza praca kończy cykl 3 artykułów poświęconych problematyce innowacyjności ścianowych systemów mechanizacyjnych.

Automatic systems of machines and devices used in mechanized longwall systems in the world mining have been characterized in the paper. The evaluation of these systems has been made regarding their innovativeness. The evaluation was made on the basis of a comparison of individual elements of a defined hierarchic structure of the issue according to the established procedure of the AHP method. On the basis of the evaluation made by a group of experts, there has been made a hierarchisation of the automatic systems of machines and devices used in mechanized longwall systems regarding their innovativeness widely understood. This work finishes a series of 3 papers devoted to innovativeness of the longwall mechanized systems.
