Aplikacje wspomagające zarządzanie systemem transportowym stają się coraz popularniejsze wśród firm z branży transportowej oraz ich klientów (pasażerów). Informatyzacja logistyki transportowej w pozytywny sposób wpływa na redukcję biurokracji, dostępność informacji, skrócenie kanałów wymiany informacji wewnątrz przedsiębiorstwa czy w końcu na poprawę wizerunku firmy i zadowolenia klientów. W artykule zaprezentowano aplikacje wykorzystywane w zachodnich firmach transportowych. Przedstawiono przykłady użycia, funkcjonalność, wady i zalety oraz implementację wybranych aplikacji w przedsiębiorstwie. Skupiono się zarówno na dobrych praktykach, określonych w procesach wdrożeniowych, koniecznych w osiągnięciu realnego sukcesu, jak i na podstawowych czynnikach ludzkich wpływających na odbiór aplikacji. Oceniono użyteczność wybranych aplikacji w kontekście trudności i potencjalnych usprawnień związanych z ich implementacją.

Applications supporting transport system management are becoming increasingly popular among companies in the transport industry and their customers (passengers). The computerisation of transport logistics has a positive impact on the reduction of bureaucracy, information accessibility, speeding up the channels of information exchange within the company and, finally, improving the company’s image and customer satisfaction. This article presents applications used in western transport companies. Examples of use, functionality, advantages and disadvantages and implementation of selected applications in a company are presented. The focus is on both good practices, specified in the implementation processes, necessary to achieve real success, and basic human factors affecting the reception of applications. The functionality of selected applications has been assessed in the context of difficulties and potential improvements related to their implementation.

In recent time, as the Chinese consumption level increases, the consumption quantity of high-value fruits, vegetables and seafood products have been increasing year by year. As a consequence, the traffic volume of refrigerated products also increases yearly and the popularization degree of the cold-chain transportation enhances. A low-temperature environment should be guaranteed during transportation, thus there is about 40% of diesel oil should be consumed by the refrigerating system and the cold-chain transportation becomes very costly. This study aimed to explore methods that could reduce the cost of transport packages of refrigerated products. On the basis of the heat transfer theory and the fluid mechanics theory, the heat exchanging process of corrugated cases during the operation of refrigerating system was analyzed, the heat transfer process of corrugated cases and refrigerator van was theoretically analyzed and the heat balance equation of corrugated cases was constructed.

W pracy przedstawiono wymagania jakim ma obowiązek sprostać kierowca i logistyk który zajmuje się transportem towarów. Do optymalnego wykorzystania czasu pracy kierowcy niezbędna jest właściwa logistyka przewozów. Aby procesy logistyczne przebiegały poprawnie niezbędna jest także wiedza spedytora o czasie pracy kierowców oraz o średnich prędkościach transportowych pojazdów ciężarowych. Ponadto spedytor musi doskonale się orientować w jaki sposób dokonywane są czynności przeładunkowe aby odpowiednio oszacować czas potrzebny na dostarczenie towarów.

The paper presents some requirements which have to be met by the driver and logistics manager responsible for the transport of goods. For the optimal utilization of the driver's working time it is necessary to have proper logistics of trucking. So as to have those logistics processes run smoothly, the forwarder must have knowledge about the driver's working time and about average transport speeds of the trucks used. Moreover, forwarder must be fully aware of freight handling procedures so as to properly estimate the time needed for the cargo delivery.

W artykule przedstawiono analizę moSliwości realizacji przedsięwzięć logistycznych w warunkach ryzyka na przykładzie eksploatacji wojskowych obiektów mostowych. Analizie poddano trzy rodzaje wojskowych mostów stalowych, tj. mosty składane, towarzyszące i niskowodne. W materiale przedstawiono autorską metodę analizy czynnika ryzyka zmęczeniowego. Zaprezentowano równieS moSliwości zastosowania metody AHP do ustalania wag dla analizowanych czynników ryzyka. ZałoSono, Se analiza ryzyka droSności infrastruktury transportu ma zasadniczy wpływ na ciągłość procesów logistycznych.

The material presents an analysis of a potential risk assessment of operating military bridge facilities. Three types of steel military bridges were analysed: assembled bridges, vehiclelaunched bridges and low-level bridges. The material presents an original method of a fatigue risk factor analysis. Furthermore, the author presents potential applications of the AHP method to determine weights for risk factors under analysis. It is assumed that at the further stage of research a thorough identification and quantification of other risk factors will be conducted.

Increasing urbanization, lifestyle changes, decentralization of business activity and growing use of private vehicles (in conjunction with the failure of public transport) raises a number of negative phenomena, particularly in the urban areas. One of the most promising fields which seem to prevent this disasters is the introduction of underground freight transport, allowing the transport of goods (both to the city and from the city) by a system of tunnels and pipelines. The author browses solutions for underground urban transport, both implemented and planned. The article includes R & D centers engaged in the development of underground transport technology. Based on literature review and analysis the author assesses the prospects for the development of underground freight transport with particular emphasis on urban areas.
