The efficient and effective logistic system can be treated similarly to immaterial asset in the financial book of the enterprise. The ability of fast and cheap delivery of products to final customers enables the companies to achieve the market advantage over competitors. The significant feature of well built logistic system is the problem of its fast copying by other companies and that can be treated as an adventage for the company. The aim of the article is to analyse the logistic system of the Avon Company and to deliver conclusions how the system should be constructed to provide efficient and effective delivery of products to the final user.
