Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja czynników kształtujących strategie łańcuchów dostaw w największych polskich firmach odzieżowych. Autorka przedstawiła wyniki przeprowadzonych przez siebie badań. Zidentyfikowała strategie łańcuchów dostaw, ich podobieństwa i różnice oraz czynniki kształtujące poszczególne elementy tych strategii. Wyniki badań wskazują, że istotny wpływ na wybór strategii łańcuchów dostaw w branży odzieżowej ma strategia konkurencyjna firmy będącej liderem łańcucha dostaw oraz jej wielkość, charakterystyka popytu i rodzaj odzieży.

The aim of the paper is to identify the factors shaping the strategies of supply chains in the largest Polish clothing companies. The author presented the results of own research. The strategies of supply chains, their similarities and differences and factors affecting the individual elements of these strategies were identified. The research results show, that factors, that impact significantly on the choice of supply chain strategy in the clothing industry are: a competitive strategy of a company, that is a leader in the supply chain and its size, the characteristics of demand and the type of clothing.

Kompleksowa i dopasowana do warunków rynkowych strategia logistyczna to podstawa sprawnego i skutecznie działającego łańcucha dostaw. Dlatego tak ważnym elementem jest odpowiednia identyfikacja czynników wpływających na budowę strategii logistycznych. W artykule przedstawiono rozważania literaturowe na temat kształtowania strategii logistycznych na poziomie przedsiębiorstw, odnosząc się do ich wpływu na cały łańcuch dostaw. W końcowej części przedstawiono częściowe wyniki badań ankietowych dotyczących czynników kształtowania tychże strategii w warunkach polskich. W wynikach wskazano na spadające znaczenie czynników kosztowo-cenowych, które przez szereg lat w badaniach oraz literaturze przedmiotu zajmowały miejsca czołowe, a wzrost znaczenia czynników jakościowych (jakość produktu oraz obsługi).

A comprehensive logistics strategy suited to market conditions is the basis for a smooth and efficient supply chain. That is why an important element is the proper identification of factors affecting the construction of logistics strategies. The article presents literature considerations on shaping logistics strategies at the level of enterprises, referring to their impact on the entire supply chain. The final part presents partial results of surveys concerning the factors shaping these strategies in Polish conditions. The results pointed to the decreasing importance of cost and price factors, which for several years in the research and literature on the subject occupied the front places, and the increase in the importance of quality factors (product quality and service).

The authors made an attempt to present logistics strategies applied in maritime transport in Poland. First, they review logistics strategies used in great seaports of European Union. Then, they describe the role of Polish maritime ports in global supply chain. Ports, in order to have a strong position in maritime traffic, pursue cooperation with other ports and road traffic. Presently, with their multifunctional nature, ports have become an integral part of transport logistics, and have a great influence on the supply chain management process. The article is closed by deliberations on the position of Polish ports as compared to other European ports and their restructuring measures. The article was based on the literature analysis of logistics strategies. Selected publications on maritime transport have been analysed. Comparative synthesis of logistics strategies applied in Polish and European ports has been applied basing on English, German and Polish literature.

Autorzy podjęli próbę przedstawienia strategii logistycznych stosowanych w transporcie morskim w Polsce. Opisali strategie logistyczne wykorzystywane w wielkich portach morskich w Unii Europejskiej. Następnie przedstawili rolę polskich portów morskich w globalnym łańcuchu dostaw. Porty, aby mieć silną pozycję w ruchu morskim, dążą do współpracy z innymi portami i z transportem drogowym. Obecnie porty mają wielofunkcyjny charakter, porty stały się integralną częścią logistyki transportu i mają duży wpływ na proces zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw. Artykuł przedstawia stanowisko polskich portów na Tel portów europejskich Artykuł oparto na analizie literatury dotyczącej strategii logistycznych. Analizie poddano wybrane publikacje dotyczące transportu morskiego. Syntezę porównawczą strategii logistycznych stosowanych w polskich i europejskich portach oparto o literaturę angielską, niemiecką i polską.

Background: The networked economy is a result of the increasing specialization and productivity. The blurring of company boundaries enables potential for new competitive advantages. However, along with the growing networked economy, the complexity also increases. Methods: With their current study the German logistics association sheds a light on the most important trends of the networked and complex economy and the strategies of logistics and supply chain management (SCM) coping with them. Results and conclusions: This paper focuses on the collaboration of actors in logistics and supply chain management and the communication required for being successful. Furthermore, going beyond the study, the role of collaboration for innovation in logistics and SCM is considered, that has been neglected in literature so far. Finally, the paper concludes with a discussion reflecting the current state of collaboration in the context of its potential.

Wstęp: Usieciowiona gospodarka jest wynikiem wzrastającej specjalizacji oraz produktywności. Zacieranie się granic przedsiębiorstw umożliwia uzyskiwanie nowych form przewagi konkurencyjnej. Jednak, wraz ze wzrostem usieciowanej gospodarki, wzrasta również jej złożoność. Metody: Prezentowana praca przybliża najważniejsze trendy usieciowionej i kompleksowej gospodarki, jak również odpowiadające na nie strategie logistyki i zarządzania łańcuchami dostaw. Wyniki i wnioski: Praca skupia się na współpracy aktorów w obrębie zarządzania logistyką i łańcuchem dostaw oraz komunikacją niezbędną do osiągnięcia sukcesu. Wychodząc dalej, została omówiona rola współpracy zakresie innowacji w logistyce oraz zarządzaniu łańcuchem dostaw, która - jak dotąd - jest stosunkowo słabo opisana w literaturze fachowej. Zaprezentowano również wnioski wraz z dyskusją na temat obecnego stanu współpracy w kontekście jej potencjalnych możliwości.

This article presents the problems associated with the identification of logistic processes and activities occurring in the Water Voluntary Rescue Service in Poland. The first part of the article contains the essence of logistics support, and descriptions of the processes and logistics operations. The next part of the article is an attempt to identify the processes and logistics activities occurring in the Water Voluntary Rescue Service. The analysis and evaluation of processes and logistics operating activities in the Water Voluntary Rescue Service, will allow for efficient and effective management of the Organization.

Jako metodę opisu przyjęto transport jako element systemu logistycznego.

The focus of the article is to present the strategies for logistics and safe transportation against the background of everincreasing regulatory requirements in this field. The authors attempt to analyse the European transport system and modern logistics solutions in transportation companies. The aim has been to describe trends taking place in cross-border handling of the food supply . In this context, attempts to present logistics strategies used in the transport of food products by the German grocery chain supplier „Lidl” have been made. As for the method of description, transport has been treated as a part of the logistics system .
