W pracy omówiono elementy logistycznego zabezpieczenia prowadzonych prac na morskich platformach wiertniczych oraz wydobywczych. Przedstawiono system zaopatrzenia w materiały, które wymagane są dla zapewnienia bezpiecznej eksploatacji instalacji zarówno podczas codziennie eksploatacji jak i w sytuacjach awaryjnych. System logistyki dla tego typu jednostek jest złożonym procesem obejmujący między innymi: ustanowienie służb lądowych pełniących służbę 24/7 w tym specjalistów, firm serwisowych, dostawców materiałów, a także gotowości specjalistycznych statków typu off-shore, które dostarczają ładunki w zmiennych warunkach pogodowych. Podejmowane działania mają na celu utrzymanie codziennej ciągłej, nieprzerwanej eksploatacji platform oraz zapewnić bezpieczeństwo przebywającej na instalacji załodze, środowisku naturalnemu oraz ochronić przed uszkodzeniem mienia.

The paper discusses the elements of logistic support of works which are carried out on offshore drilling and production units. The paper presents the system of supplying in different kinds of cargoes which are required to ensure safe operation during daily operation and in an emergency situations. The logistics system for this type of units is a complex process involving: establish of 24/7 service personnel including specialists, service companies, material suppliers, and the availability (stand-by) of specialized offshore vessels which can deliver cargoes in a variable weather conditions. The main aim of it is to obtain constant production and operation of the units and ensuring the safety of the crew, the environment and the protection of property.

W artykule (w sposób wybiórczy i pewnie intencjonalny, na ile to było konieczne) zaprezentowano pogląd na temat zasilania logistycznego w sytuacjach kryzysowych. Odniesiono się do pojęcia i istoty zasilania logistycznego, znaczenia zasobów materiałowo-technicznych i infrastruktury, a następnie skoncentrowano się na zagadnieniach związanych z zarządzaniem procesami logistycznymi. W tym obszarze przedstawiono istotę zarządzania logistycznego i działania podmiotów uczestniczących w działaniach ratowniczych na rzecz poszkodowanych.

The article (in a selective and probably intentional way, as far as it was necessary) presented views on logistic supply in crisis. Reference was made to the logistics notion itself, as well as to the essence of logistic supply, the importance of material and technical resources and infrastructure. Then it was focused on the issues related to the management of logistic processes. In this area, the article resents the essence of logistic management and operation of the subjects involved in the rescuing the victims.

System zasilania logistycznego odgrywa bardzo ważną role w procesie zarządzania kryzysowego. Jest on jednym z kluczowych elementów w walce z zagrożeniami bezpieczeństwa osób i mienia oraz ich skutkami. Odpowiednio dobrane i skoordynowane działania tego systemu w znaczący sposób podnoszą efektywność reakcji na zaistniałą sytuację kryzysową oraz skuteczność wielopodmiotowej akcji ratowniczej. Nieprzerwane funkcjonowanie dowolnego podmiotu jest możliwe wtedy, gdy następuje ciągłe odnawianie (odtwarzanie) potencjału użytkowego urządzeń i zasobów środków materiałowych. Jednym z elementów pozwalających na racjonalizację jest ustalenie optymalnych (quasi optymalnych) norm zużycia potencjału logistycznego. Powinny one odwzorowywać między innymi: prognozowaną sytuację; charakter i warunki prowadzenia działań; skalę potrzeb (ludzi, sprzętu technicznego, narzędzi, obiektów infrastruktury). Na ile taki system spełnia oczekiwania, ocenić można na podstawie kryteriów skuteczności i spójności. W pracy zaproponowano zbiór takich kryteriów, które odnoszą się do całego procesu zasilania logistycznego wielopodmiotowej akcji ratowniczej.

The logistic supply system plays a very important role in the process of the crisis management. It is one of the key elements in the fight against the threats of the persons and property safety as well as against their consequences. Properly selected and coordinated actions of the system significantly increase the efficiency of the response and the effectiveness of multi-subject emergency rescue. Continuous existence of any entity is possible only when there is a continuous renewal (replay) of the potential utility of the facilities and the material resources. One of the elements for rationalization is to determine the optimal (or quasi optimal) consumption standards of the logistic potential. They should imitate, among the other things: the forecast situation; nature and conditions of operations; scale of needs (human, technical equipment, tools, facilities). As far as the system meets the expectations it can be evaluated based on the criteria of efficiency and consistency. The paper proposes a set of such criteria that can be applied to the entire process of logistic supply in case of multi-subject supply rescue operation.

Company's development depends on implemented changes which influence on enterprise potential and are coordinated with carried out strategy. Nowadays these changes are often related to IT. One of the enterprises which actively develops itself, invests in internet solutions is Bratex Dachy Company from Dębica. This original database-script system, based on PHP+MySQL was created due to needs of the company. The modification of approach, in this application, for order management provided its immediate backup and simplified the access to older orders. Apart from this, helped with more accurate evaluation of order cost, shortened the time of order execution, time and quantity of created product record and as a consequence resulted in production cost decrease. On the basis of data (from system) analysis employee's month bonuses are calculated (efficiency results from machines in certain from certain time period). However month bonuses are calculated manually because efficiency is one of the variables which are taken into consideration while calculating bonus (automatic calculation system is being developed). This software can be tested on:http://www.plexmet.pl/system/. Expected direction of system development: - Building of module guarding that employees uphold the norms, - Module which automatically calculates month bonus from employees - In module "Supervisor" employee work proceedings (on one chosen order) check module will be added, - Displaying the history of employees work in defined time period, - Addition of "Warehouseman" module which comprises inventory status and helps in exchange goods from the warehouse, - Addition of accounting module which helps in budget estimation and evaluation of order and rigid costs. Inter alia, thanks to this application the company increased its revenues by 11,2% in comparison to previous year, author expects that after project development, higher revenues are possible. These changed were possible mainly thanks to application adjustment to used, experimentally created, procedures. Presented user interface in modules: administrator, technologist, manager, and employee, showed that shit application is very intuitive and its practicality, which is confirmed with Bratex Dachy results.
