Tourism is one of the most important factors in economic growth in Vietnam. However, it requires the balance between economics, social-cultures, and ecology because of their big impacts. In this paper, we propose a platform with mobile and web-based applications that can support smart and sustainable tourism in Vietnam for both local governments and visitors. The mobile application allows visitors to access location-based services to explore the visiting area, such as finding nearby natural attractions, as well as information to minimize the negative effects of tourism on the environment and the local community. It also enables users to report negative impacts to local government. The web application allows local authorities to monitor the status and trends of the habitant, natural environment, tourism infrastructure and activities in the area. The system uses geographic information systems (GIS) and remote sensing techniques to collect, analye and visualize various indicators of sustainability. The platform is developed with open-source technologies such as NodeJS, PostgreSQL, and Flutter. The paper demonstrates the feasibility and usefulness of the proposed platform through case studies in Hoa Binh and BacKan, two provinces have many attractive natural sites.

Numeracja adresowa należy do podstawowych i najczęściej wykorzystywanych danych przestrzennych. Jednym z jej zastosowań jest wyszukiwanie po adresie poprzez usługi lokalizacji (geokodowania), które dla danego adresu zwracają jego położenie w postaci współrzędnych. W pracy porównano 2 usługi: Usługę Lokalizacji Adresów firmy Geo-System i OpenLS (część geoportalu krajowego). Analiza obejmuje aspekty teoretyczne (ilość danych, ich aktualność, formaty zapytania i odpowiedzi) oraz praktyczne - w postaci testowania funkcjonowania obu usług.

Address register is one of the basic and most commonly used spatial data records. One of its uses is finding addresses in location-based services (geocoding), which for the specified address (city, street, number) return the position in the form of coordinates. The paper presents a comparison of two services: ULA (Usługa Lokalizacji Adresów from Geo-System) and OpenLS (available as a part of the Polish national geoportal). The analysis includes both theoretical aspects (amount of data in the resource, its timeliness, documentation, request and response formats), as well as practical - in the form of testing the performance and accuracy of both services.

The main goal of the article is generalization of intellectual innovation project of information system “Mobile information assistant of the tourist” (MIAT), which provide a full-featured integrated information and technological support to tourists during planning and implementation stages of his journey using a wide range of modern information technologies. About two-thirds of today's tourists use information technology to plan and support their journey, while a significant number of them use mobile computer and telecommunications devices. The result of the research made by the group of researchers of the University “Lviv Polytechnic” is the project of innovative intelligent system “Mobile information assistant of a tourist” oriented on IT support of the user in planning and realization of his/her tourist trip in accordance with information technology slogan “EVERYTHING! HERE! IMMEDIATELY!!!”.

Rozwój systemów satelitarnych pozwolił na rozwój rynku usług lokalizacyjnych LBS (ang. Location Based Services). Rynek jest bardzo ważny ze względu na wolumen przychodów. Struktura przychodów w segmencie nawigacji satelitarnej zmienia się z finansowania publicznego na finansowanie z przychodów pochodzących ze świadczonych komercyjnie usług. Poziom przychodów może osiągnać nawet 200 mld euro w 2020 r. Rozwój zapotrzebowania na usługi satelitarne powoduje konieczność rozwoju wszystkich segmentów realizujących usługi, w tym segmentu kosmicznego, naziemnego, struktury sygnałów, metod obliczeń i segmentu użytkownika. Autor przedstawił stan obecny i kierunki rozwoju satelitarnych systemów nawigacyjnych, oferujących usługi LBS.

Development of satellite systems enabled the development of the market location based services. The market is very important due to the volume of revenues. The structure of revenues in the segment of satellite navigation changes from public funding to finance the revenue derived from the provision of commercial services. The level of revenues could reach up to 200 billion euros in 2020. The development of demand for satellite services will need to develop all segments operating services, including the space segment, the ground segment, the signal structure, calculation methods and the user segment. The author presents the current status and development trends of satellite navigation systems offering LBS services.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the possibilities of GPS-technology (Global Positioning System) in the tourism industry. The study is devoted to the identification and analysis of functionality of mobile computing devices equipped with GPS receiver in tourism industry, the methods and means of their implementation, building on this basis a mobile information technology for tourist support at all stages of his journey. To achieve the goal a number of mobile information systems using data GPS, methods and means of their implementation, a comparative analysis of current cartographic services that are used in the developing of mobile information technology applications for tourist are analyzed. The study outlines the place of GPS-technology in the "Mobile tourist information assistant" system, and the role of Google Maps services for information technology support and implementation of the main tourist features in mentioned mobile information system.
