Aiming at the complex conditions of the first shielded bolter miner in the actual work, the mechanical model of bolter miner cutting head was established. Based on cutting mechanism of the conical pick and the cutting head, the cutting head load and torque analysis model under complex coal seam were established. The dynamic characteristics of load and torque in the process of cutting head are analyzed under three different working conditions of cutting roof-coal layers, coal-floor layers and coal seam by finite element method. The results show that when the damage variable D=1, the coal-rock completely lacks the bearing capacity, and it forms arc-shaped crushing groove on the coal-rock. The large difference of torque between roof-coal layers and the roof-coal layers in the conical pick is 112 Nm, which indicates that the cutting head has the best performance with cutting the coal seam first and then cutting the rock. In the process of excavation, the load fluctuation coefficient of cutting the coal-floor layers and roof-coal layers is about 1.2 times of that of the coal seam. The results can provide a reference for the efficient cutting and performance evaluation of the bolter miner.

Main trends of perfection of gas-turbine engines (GTE) by application of principles of the cascade pressure exchange (CPE) for air compression in the working cycle of gas-turbine plant have been analyzed. The results of computational investigation of four variants of the GTE working process organization on the basis of the two-staged compression assembly with intermediate cooling and heating of air-gas medium have been adduced. Possibility and reserve of raise of power efficiency of GTE with the CPE at the expense of increase in the maximum temperature of the cycle and recuperation of the residual heat of compressing gases have been shown.

The new principle of the organisation of working process of the combined supercharging system of transport diesel with the Cascade Pressure Exchanger (CPE) has been described. It allows considerably to raise level of forcing of the engine by supercharging at the expense of expansion of effective air supply area and coolings of supercharging air to temperature below an ambient. Substantive postulates of imitating model of work of combined engine(CICE) have been stated. Some results of calculation-experimental investigations of supercharging system of the engine 6×Í12/14 have been given. It confirms the possibility of the essential improvement tractive and fuel-economic factors of the transport installations in broad range of the working conditions.

Przedstawiono wymagane technologiczne charakterystyki obciążenia napędów głównych tokarek i frezarek przy skrawaniu nowoczesnymi narzędziami, dla których obliczono wymagane moce skrawania i odpowiadające im prędkości obrotowe. Wyznaczone charakterystyki pokazują, że elektrowrzeciona nie zawsze pozwalają na pełne wykorzystanie możliwości skrawnych współczesnych narzędzi.

Presented are the requirements for working load characteristics of the drive motors in lathes and milling machines when using modern tools for which the required machining power values and respective rotational speeds are calculated. It can be seen from the developed characteristics, that sometimes electrical spindles would not be adequate to ensure cutting capacities of the contemporary tools be utilized to full advantage.

A new method of organization of working cycle of device of direct transformation of heat in the located work of compression of air, based on principle of cascade exchange by pressure, is exposed; the results of pre-selection of basic dimensional and structural parameters of thermal compressor of cascade exchange by pressure are adduced; some special features of its working process are considered; main directions of perfection of working cycle of thermal compressors of cascade exchange of pressure are shown.

W artykule przedstawiono model obliczeniowy alternatora kłowego w stanie zwarcia i obciążenia. Przebiegi w stanie ustalonym alternatora oraz charakterystyki w stanie zwarcia i w stanie obciążenia wyznaczono na podstawie wyników obliczeń polowo-obwodowych w których uwzględniono ruch wirnika i układ połączeń uzwojeń stojana w trójkąt. Przykładowe wyniki obliczeń podano dla alternatora 14V, 140A.

The paper presents a computational model of the claw pole alternator under short circuit and load conditions The short circuit and load steady state waveforms and characteristics were determined basing on the results of field circuit computations taking into account motion of a rotor and delta configuration of stator windings. The exemplary computation results for an alternator 14V, 140A are given in the paper.
