W artykule opisano model, obliczenia i badania cieplne silnika bezkomutatorowego z magnesami trwałymi w wirniku oraz z kadłubem chłodzonym cieczą. Przedstawiono wyniki obliczeń metodą Zastępczej Sieci Cieplnej przy różnych wariantach konstrukcji chłodzenia kadłuba oraz przy różnych parametrach cieczy chłodzącej. Ponadto zamieszczono wyniki pomiarów temperatury różnych części silnika przy chłodzeniu kadłuba cieczą w układzie z chłodnicą.

This article gives an illustrative description of model, calculations and tests concerning temperature distribution in brushless motor with permanent magnets placed in the rotor and liquid-cooled frame. The paper provides calculating results by applying Equivalent Thermal Network Method at different variants of the frame cooling structure and also at different parameters of the cooling liquid. Furthermore it presents the results of temperature measurements of different parts of the motor involving liquid-cooled frame compound with the cooler.
