Laboratory experiments were conducted to test the effect of water natural phytoncides of onion flakes, nettle and horseradish leaves and cloves of garlic in 10 and 50% concentrations with added 1% Ekosol-K on growth of Fusarium culmorum and Fusarium solani incubated at 15°C. Obtained results have revealed a diversified response of Fusarium culmorum and Fusarium solani to water extracts prepared of the tested plants with Ekosol-K fertilizer concentrate and added to the glucose-potato medium. Among the compared plant preparations only 50% water extract of nettle leaves and onion flakes revealed the strongest fungistatic effect. The applied concentrations did not diversify the growth rate of analysed phytopathogenic fungi. On the other hand, a mixture of plant water extracts (natural phytoncides) with Ekosol-K stimulation a linear growth of the tested fungi, and especially Fusarium culmorum.

Uzyskane wyniki wykazały zróżnicowaną reakcję Fusarium culmorum i F. solani na dodatek do pożywki glukozowo-ziemniaczanej wodnych wyciągów sporządzonych z testowanych roślin z udziałem koncentratu nawozowego Ekosolu-K. Z porównywanych preparatów roślinnych, najsilniejsze działanie fungistatyczne wykazał 50-procentowy wodny wyciąg jedynie z liści pokrzywy i łusek cebuli. Z kolei mieszanina wodnych wyciągów roślinnych (naturalnych fitoncydów) z Ekosolem-K stymulowała wzrost liniowy testowanych grzybów, a zwłaszcza Fusarium culmorum.
The effect of Insol- 7 and Yeald fertilizers in 0.1, 0.0 I and 0.00 I % concentrations on the linear growth of pathogenic fungi cultivated at 10, 15 and 25°C was compared. The Yeald fertilizer concentrate, unlike Insol-7, was more patent fungistatic in respect to Fusarium culmarum and Fusarium solani. At all temperatures: 10,15 and 25°C, Yeald inhibited linear growth of investigated fungi. However, the strongest fungistatic effect of this fertilizer was detected at the temperature of 10°C. On the other hand, at 10°C Insol- 7 the most strongly stimulated growth of Fusarium culmarum and Fusarium solani. AppIied concentrations modified the fungi growth rate independently of temperature. Intrafoliar Yeald fertilizer in the 0.1 and 0.01 % concentrations the most strongly inhibited growth of Fusarium culmarum whereas Insol- 7 stimulated it. An opposite reaction was observed for Fusarium solani where high concentrations of Insol- 7 revealed weaker stimulation. Inhibitory effect of Yeald upon Fusarium solani decreased with decreasing concentrations of the fertiliser in the glucose and potato medium.

Yeald w stężeniu 0,1 i 0,01% najsilniej ograniczał wzrost F. culmorum, a Insol-7 najsilniej go stymulował.
