Omówiono testery liczników energii elektrycznej podłączonych do sieci energetycznej i kluczowy problem tych testerów - specyfikację dokładności testera w szerokim zakresie dynamicznym napięć, prądów i mocy. Przedstawiono rozwój testerów w ciągu ostatnich kilkunastu lat i ich koncepcje do najnowszego zintegrowanego testera liczników z funkcjami testera przekładników i analizatora jakości energii. Z przedstawionej analizy wynika, że krajowe testery opracowane i produkowane w Zielonej Górze są zgodne z aktualnym stanem techniki na świecie a ich asortyment w pełni pokrywa aktualne potrzeby krajowych użytkowników bez konieczności korzystania z importu.

The paper presents an idea of portable energy meter testers called Portable Working Standard for Testing Electricity Meters which are used for testing single and three phase energy meters, current and potential instrument transformers and installations on site. The key issue of the tester accuracy specifications within the wide dynamic range of voltages, currents and power is discussed in Section 2. The accuracy specification for testers from Zielona Gora is given in Table 1. The table contains the concepts of testers beginning from three phase testers of 0,2 and 0,1 class (Calport 100 shown in Fig.2), economy single phase testers of 0,5 and 0,2 class (Caltest 10 shown in Fig.3), testers with additional function of three phase current and potential instrument transformer testing (Calport 100 Plus presented in Fig.4) to the newest integrated testers designed as three instruments in one compact case - the Energy Meter Tester and the Instrument Transformer Tester and the Power Quality Analyser (PWS 3.3 of MTE Switzerland and Caltest 300 of Calmet Poland presented in Fig.5). The analysis of technique state shows that a good position in the world market in portable energy meter testers is still kept in Poland.
