The paper presents the issue of measurement consistency Maintaining the rules of measurement consistency is a condition to obtain the reliable results of measurements. In the first part of the article the general rules described in the standards and other documents are presented. The second part shows the practical application of the rules of measurement consistency in the Laboratory of Rail Vehicles Tests. The article is an extension of the subjects raised in the article "Metrology - basic institutions, legal standards and rules of operation."

W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienie spójności pomiarowej. Zachowanie zasad spójności pomiarowej jest warunkiem uzyskania wiarygodnych wyników pomiarów. W pierwszej części artykułu przedstawiono ogólne zasady opisane w normach i innych dokumentach. W drugiej części pokazano praktyczne zastosowanie zasad spójności pomiarowej w Laboratorium Badań Pojazdów Szynowych TABOR w Poznaniu. Artykuł stanowi kontynuację tematyki poruszonej w artykule „Metrologia – podstawowe instytucje, normy prawne i zasady działania” [12].

W artykule przedstawiono aktualnie obowiązujące w Polsce akty prawne oraz ich powiązania z prawem unijnym. Wymieniono organizacje międzynarodowe zajmujące się metrologią a także zaprezentowano wzajemne relacje między nimi oraz krótki rys historyczny. W pierwszej części zostały przywołane i omówione podstawowe akty prawne związane z metrologią prawną, natomiast w drugiej przedstawiono światowe organizacje funkcjonujące w metrologii naukowej oraz ich strukturę organizacyjną.

This article presents the valid legislative act in Poland and their connections with the EU law. The international organizations involved in metrology are listed. The mutual relationships between them and the brief historical outline are also presented. The basic law acts related to the legal metrology are referred to and discussed in the first part of this article. However, the world organizations operating in the scientific metrology and their organizational structure are given in the second part.
