W artykule przedstawiono ogólne warunki dzierżawy terenów i infrastruktury portowej stosowane w polskich portach morskich, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem portów o podstawowym znaczeniu dla polskiej gospodarki narodowej.

Seaports are attractive business location. Competition in this area between the ports, has made a proactive policy on the lease terms of land and port infrastructure, an indispensable element in port authority management. The following article presents the general conditions for the lease of land and port infrastructure used in Polish ports, with particular emphasis on ports which are of fundamental importance for the Polish national economy.
