Lean management has become a much-researched topic in operations management. Beyond its technical aspects, nowadays the analysis of soft factors (corporate culture, organization, management, human resource management, knowledge transfer practices) have come to the fore. However, there are few sources available to the lean organization to ﬁnd out what organizational changes are taking place alongside the lean application, and what organizational structures are being developed. In our study ﬁrst we deal with the literature-based concepts of lean organizational structure and with the international examples, and then through ﬁve Hungarian corporate solutions and with help of the literature of organizational theories we synthesize the lean organizational forms.

Celem artykułu jest próba ukazania, jak istotny wpływ na koszty produkcji wyrobu złożonego wywierają poszczególne, wchodzące w jego skład podzespoły. W kontekście tak postawionego celu w zamierzeniu autorów jest szczegółowa analiza każdego z podzespołów, poddanego badaniom wyrobu złożonego. Ma to na celu oszacowanie i ustalenie możliwości obniżenia kosztów produkcji danego podzespołu w miejscu, gdzie jest to zasadne i celowe. W dalszej części pracy zaprezentowano przebieg implementacji innowacji w procesie wytwarzania podzespołu, co w znacznym stopniu determinuje koszty produkcji wyrobu złożonego.

The basic aim of this paper is an attempt to demonstrate a significant impact of individual, included in the composition, components on manufacturing costs of the complex product. In the context of the set objective, the authors intend to conduct a thorough analysis of each component of the studied complex product. This action aims to estimate and determine the possibility of reducing manufacturing costs of a given component in a place where it is reasonable and purposeful. In the further part of this paper, an implementation process of innovation in the manufacturing process of the component, which largely determines manufacturing costs of the complex product.
