Inlayers are introduced to improve the aesthetic qualities and stiffness against the creasing of clothing laminates. The laminate is created by the thermoplastic polymer glue between the inlayer and clothing material, softened by the heat. The connection is secured by the adhesive properties of the polymer and the pressure applied. The state variable is temperature. The heat transfer is described by the heat transport equation as well as by the set of boundary and intial conditions. The temperature distributions within the inlayers are determined by the numerical simulation for different temperatures of the heating plates. The temperature maps are shown by means of the graphical modulus of the program ADINA. The mean temperature of the polymer layer is next calculated.

Wkłady włókiennicze są stosowane w celu poprawy właściwości estetycznych i wzrostu sztywności zgniatania laminatów odzieżowych. Laminat odzieżowy jest tworzony z wykorzystaniem termoplastycznego kleju polimerowego, umieszczonego między wkładem i materiałem odzieżowym, rozrzedzonego za pomocą ciepła. Połączenie jest utrwalane dzięki właściwościom adhezyjnym polimeru oraz przyłożonemu naciskowi. Zmienna stanu to temperatura. Przepływ ciepła jest opisywany za pomocą równania transportu ciepła oraz układu warunków brzegowych i początkowych. Rozkład temperatury we wkładzie można określić za pomocą symulacji numerycznej dla różnych temperatur płyt grzejnych. Mapy temperatury można poddać wizualizacji za pomocą modułu graficznego programu ADINA. Następnie można określić temperaturę warstwy polimeru.

The present work investigates the tensile and viscoelastic properties of clothing laminates based on polyester and wool fibers. The experimental results showed that the highest tensile strength was obtained with samples tested in the longitudinal direction, while materials B and C exhibited maximum elongation at break estimated in the transverse direction. The relaxation behavior of samples tested in the longitudinal direction were comparable for the lowest applied load corresponding to the lowest constant elongation. However, the creep behavior was almost the same for all tested materials independently of the applied load. Laminate A based on 100% of wool exhibited the same properties in all testing direction, indicating an isotropic behavior.

To improve the aesthics of the clothing (jackets), special insert materials are used during production. During usage, clothing comes into contact with various factors (physical, chemical, mechanical and biological ones) which cause deformation and wear. In order to better analyze the issue of maintenance procedures on the quality of laminates made from adhesives, this paper is limited to describing the influence of the 5th procedure - delicate washing + ironing - on the value of F - the index of separation force. The experiments proved that maintenance procedures do not cause significant changes in the adhesive strength of the analyzed laminates.

Dla poprawienia walorów estetycznych wyrobów, takich jak żakiety czy marynarki stosuje się podczas produkcji odzieży materiały wkładowe. W procesie eksploatacji wyroby odzieżowe poddawane są działaniu różnych czynników (fizykochemicznych, mechanicznych i biologicznych), które doprowadzają do zniekształcenia formy i zużycia wyrobu. W celu zbadania wpływu zabiegów konserwacyjnych na jakość połączenia laminatów utworzonych w wyniku klejenia w przedstawionej pracy ograniczono się do określenia wpływu piątego zabiegu konserwacyjnego składającego się z delikatnego prania wodnego i operacji prasowania, na wartość wskaźnika siły rozwarstwiania F. Przeprowadzone badania wykazały, że zabiegi konserwacyjne nie wywołują istotnych zmian wytrzymałości adhezyjnej badanych laminatów.

To improve the aesthetics of clothing (jackets), special insert materials are used during production. During usage, clothing comes into contact with various factors (physical, chemical, mechanical and biological ones) which cause deformation and wear. In order to better examine the effect of maintenance treatment on the quality of laminates created by gluing materials, this work was limited to the determination of the influence of the 5th procedure (Mpr - 5), consisting of dry cleaning + ironing, on the value of flexural stiffness index G depending on m – quantity (mass) of deposited adhesive (glue), Dl – the direction in which the deposited layers are placed, and Dc - the direction in which samples were cut out. The examinations carried out indicated that the above mentioned maintenance treatment entails reduction of flexural rigidity. It may be caused by the partial washing out of the surface fabric finish.

W procesie eksploatacji wyroby odzieżowe poddawane są działaniu różnych czynników (fizykochemiczne, mechaniczne, biologiczne), które doprowadzają do zniekształcenia formy i zużycia wyrobu. W celu zbadania wpływu zabiegów konserwacyjnych na jakość utworzonych, w wyniku klejowego połączenia laminatów, w niniejszej pracy ograniczono się do określenia wpływu 5-go zabiegu konserwacyjnego składającego się z czyszczenia chemicznego oraz operacji prasowania, na wartość wskaźnika sztywności zginania (G) w zależności od masy naniesionego kleju (m), kierunku ułożenia warstw (ku), i kierunku wycięcia próbek (kw).
