The results of experimental investigation of boundary layer internal structure are presented in the case of an origin of laminar-turbulent transition, induced by moving cylinder. It is shown that the cylinder hesitations cause the earlier transition and the growth of transport coefficients in preceding to transition laminar boundary layer. The mechanism of intensification is grounded by changes of instability energy phases in the wall part of boundary layer, when critical thickness reaches.
