Estimation and stimulation of export potential of the innovatively active enterprise based on economic and mathematical modelling

The study is devoted to the development of proposals for improving the assessment and stimulating the export potential of an innovatively active enterprise. The authors examined the essence and features of the activities of innovatively active enterprises, as well as the impact on their export activities. The conducted theoretical and methodological study allowed the authors to show their vision of the main components of the export potential of the enterprise, and also, in order to assess and analyze the export potential of an innovatively active enterprise, they proposed an economic and mathematical model, a feature of which is taking into account the hidden export potential, which has a significant economic impact. To stimulate the export potential of an innovatively active enterprise, the authors proposed a system of labour force motivation, as well as institutional instruments, which have a significant social impact.

Stosując modelową metodę badań i korzystając z danych zawartych w publikacjach autorów prowadzących badania empiryczne nakładów i kosztów ponoszonych przy produkcji wierzby energetycznej, oszacowano koszty wykonania prac na plantacjach o powierzchni 0,5-150 ha, w zależności od stosowanej technologii produkcji oraz rodzaju stanowiska przeznaczonego pod plantację. Przeciętne roczne koszty wykonania prac maleją wraz ze wzrostem po-wierzchni plantacji. Stopa tego spadku zależy od poziomu zmechanizowania procesu produkcji. W przypadku ręcznego wykonywania sadzenia i zbioru są one na plantacjach o obszarze 50 ha i więcej o niespełna 9% mniejsze niż na polu półhektarowym. Przy w pełni zmechanizowanym wykonaniu tych czynności nakłady te są na polach o powierzchni 50 i więcej ha o 25% niższe niż na polu o powierzchni 0,5 ha.

On the basis of data published by the authors of empirical studies on inputs and costs born at energy willow production, and with the use of modelling method, the costs of work performance on energy willow plantations were estimated. Plantations of the area from 0.5 to 150 ha were considered, at various production technologies applied and different location sites of the plantations. The average annual costs of realized works decrease along with increasing the plantation area. The rate of this increase depends on the level of mechanization in production process. In case of manual planting and harvesting on plantations of the acreage of 50 ha and more, the costs are by about 9% less than on a half-hectare field. Whereas at fully mechanized realization of these operations on fields of 50 ha and more, the inputs are by 25% lower than on a field of area 0.5 ha.
