The article considers and substantiates the most important conditions for the development of professional culture of military doctors. The author's methods of formation of professional culture and its pedagogi cal modeling i n the process of training future military doctors in the system of med i cal universities of Ukraine is determined. The relevance of the study of the professional culture of future military doctors is associated with the growing role of military doctors, given the continuation of the Russian - Ukrainian war and the spread COVID - 19 pandemie. lt's noted that professional culture, as a social-psychological component, is inherent in the relevant professional environment and determines the professional, morał and psychological qualities of the of the individual, the appropriative level of training of military doctors. For the development of the professional culture of future military doctors it's necessary to apply the appropriate pedagogical technology, to create the necessary pedagogical conditions using the model subject - activity learning of students. Pedagogical conditions are considered as a set of systematic pedagogical circum­stances created by lecturers in medical universities for purposeful practical training of future military doctors. Pedagogical conditions include such aspects of practical training as a motivational-value, methodological, theoretical, praxiological, evaluative and reflexive.

In high technology conditions and its constant renovation in order to achieve vital success, professional and career increase, at present day high professionalism in its traditional meaning is insufficient. Integral part of it became not only knowledge, skills and habiits but also value perseption of expert his professional activities, his high general and professional culture. In this article were considered issues of forming professional culture of future engineers. Unfortunately, at present day neither pedagogical theory nor real practice in high school do not give to this problem enough consideration.

There are three major criteria of forming and developing of communicative skills in future engineer's professional culture system: knowledge, ability and skills in the sphere of activity; general and professional culture; personal features and qualities. So engineers should involve themselves into the process of education and self-education during all active labor life. According to this criteria National technical university the "Kharkiv polytechnic institute" (Ukraine) has developed a model of engineer of XXI century, prepared and launched an original educational disciplines into educational process. The courses teach future engineers that language and communication, that can be translated and understandable, represents the culture itself.
