In this elaboration there are presented problems of designing and manufacturing of non-circular pulleys with profiling method. There are given mathematical dependencies used for non-circular belt pulleys geometry features describing. Reasons of errors arising during noncircular pulleys machining with gear profile milling cutter were discussed. There is presented the experimental method of geometrical features and stereometry structure measurements for noncircular belt pulleys. Directions were given for designers and also for technologists being engaged in application of uneven strand transmissions with cog-belts in automatic transportation, manufacturing, products packaging lines and in modern drives of cars.

W artykule przedstawiono problematykę projektowania i kształtowania uzębień nieokrągłych kół pasowych metodą kształtową. Podano zależności matematyczne wykorzystane do opisu cech geometrii tych kół. Omówiono przyczyny powstawania błędów obróbki kół nieokrągłych frezem kształtowym modułowym. Wskazano eksperymentalną metodę pomiaru cech geometrycznych i struktury stereometrii nieokrągłych kół pasowych. Podano wskazówki dla konstruktorów i technologów wykorzystujących nierównobieżne przekładnie cięgnowe z pasem zębatym w automatycznych liniach transportu, wytwarzania, pakowania produktów oraz nowoczesnych napędach samochodów.

W artykule uzasadniono celowość stosowania modyfikacji zębów czołowych w połączeniach rozłącznych. Opisano metodę kształtowania takich uzębień na frezarce numerycznej, w której to metodzie zakładana jest wzdłużna modyfikacja zębów, a niewielka modyfikacja zarysu wynika z procesu obróbki. Przedstawiono złożony algorytm obliczeń wymiarów nastawczych obrabiarki, oparty na analizie matematycznej równań bocznej powierzchni zębów. Na przykładzie liczbowym pokazano obraz strefy przylegania zębów modyfikowanych. Opisano przykład nowego zastosowania uzębień czołowych w przekładni precesyjnej, gdzie modyfikowane zęby kół płaskich zastąpiły koła stożkowe. Przedstawiono także niektóre wyniki badań takiej przekładni.

The aim of applying the modification of the face toothing in the separable joints has been justified in the paper. There has been described a method of forming such toothing at the NC milling machine. The modification along the tooth is assumed in advance but the slight profile modification is obtained as the result of machining process. There has been also presented the complex algorithm of calculations necessary to prepare the adjusting dimensions for the NC machine tool. This algorithm is based on the mathematical analysis of equations describing the tooth side. Basing on numerical example the contact zones of modified toothings have been presented. There have been described new application of face toothing in precession gears, where modified plane gear teeth replaced bevel gears. Some investigation results of such gears have been shown, too.
