Artykuł przedstawia zagadnienie wykorzystania odpadów w budownictwie na przykładzie kontenerów transportowych. Jest ono sednem logistyki zwrotnej oraz gospodarki cyrkulacyjnej. Analizę i ocenę wykorzystania kontenerów transportowych do budowy budynków wykonano na przykładzie autorskiego projektu domu jednorodzinnego z kontenerów morskich w porównaniu do budynku w technologii tradycyjnej. Zaprezentowano wyniki obliczeń wskaźników Ecopoint, dla obu technologii, wskazując wpływ rozwiązań materiałowych na środowisko. Ocenę technologii wykonano za pomocą analizy wielokryterialnej oraz macierzy SWOT. Według WT2021 technologia kontenerowa może być z powodzeniem stosowana. Natomiast decyzja uzależniona jest od potrzeb inwestora z przewagą celowości stosowania technologii kontenerowej do budynków użyteczności publicznej i komercyjnej.

The paper presents the issue of the use of waste in the construction industry using the example of transportation conteners. It is at the heart of reverse logistics and the circular economy. The analysis and evaluation of the use of shipping containers for the construction of buildings was made on the example of the author’s design of a single-family house from shipping containers in comparison with a building with traditional technology. The results of Ecopoint index calculations, for both technologies, were presented, indicating the impact of material solutions on the environment. The evaluation of technologies was carried out using multi-criteria analysis, and a SWOT matrix. According to WT2021, container technology can be successfully applied. However, the decision depends on the needs of the investor with the predominance of the desirability of using container technology for public and commercial buildings.

Along with changes in customer expectations, the process of ordering a house, especially one built with the most modern technology from prefabricated HQ 40-foot shipping containers, should take place in an atmosphere of free-flowing, customer-friendly conversation. Therefore, it is important that the company producing such a solution has a tool supporting such offers and orders when producing personalized solutions. This article provides an original approach to the automatic processing of orders based on an example of orders for residential shipping containers, natural language processing and so-called premises developed. Our solution overcomes the usage of records of the conversations between the customer and the retailer, in order to precisely predict the variant required for the house ordered, also when providing optimal house recommendations and when supporting manufacturers throughout product design and production. The newly proposed approach examines such recorded conversations in the sale of residential shipping containers and the rationale developed, and then offers the automatic placement of an order. Moreover, the practical significance of the solution, thus proposed, was emphasized thanks to verification by a real residential ship container manufacturing company in Poland.

Klęski humanitarne to nieodłączny element życia na Ziemi. Z powodu różnych katastrof, naturalnych i powodowanych przez człowieka, w których budynki ulegają zniszczeniu, mieszkańcy terenów zurbanizowanych zmuszeni są niejednokrotnie do zamieszkiwania w odległych od swych dotychczasowych domostw miejscach. Ideą projektu było przeprowadzenie prac badawczo-projektowych mających na celu opracowanie kontenera nowej generacji, który mógłby być multiplikowany w sposób wertykalny, przybierać różne funkcje, być budowany i rozbierany przez samych użytkowników, składać się w pewnych swych częściach z materiałów biodegradowalnych, w innych na tyle lekkich i wytrzymałych, by wykorzystać je wielokrotnie (zgodnie z ideą gospodarki obiegu zamkniętego - gospodarki cyrkularnej).

Humanitarian disasters are an integral part of life on Earth. Due to various disasters, natural and man-made, in which buildings are destroyed, residents of urban areas are often forced to live in locations far away from their existing homes. The intention of the authors was to conduct research and design work to develop a new generation container, that could be multiplied in a vertical way, take on different functions, be built and taken apart by its users, be composed of biodegradable materials in some parts, and in other parts be light and durable enough to be reused many times (in accordance with the idea of circular economy).
