W artykule przedstawiono informacje o systemach zabezpieczeń ogniochronnych przeznaczonych do tradycyjnych konstrukcji stropowych – gęstożebrowych z pustakami wypełniającymi. Opisano metody ustalania grubości izolacji zarówno w przypadku elementów nośnych – belek stalowych lub żelbetowych, jak i płyt stropowych. Ponadto przedstawiono dane tabelaryczne do oceny stropów niezabezpieczonych ogniochronnie.

This paper presents information on fire protection systems for traditional – beam and hollow-tile floors. Methods for determining the required fire protection thickness, both on loadbearing elements such as steel and reinforced concrete beams, as well as on the filling plates are given. With regard to the unprotected floors, tabulated data for assessing their fire resistance have been given.

Podano ogólną charakterystykę rozwiązań konstrukcyjno-materiałowych budynków starej zabudowy oraz omówiono problemy związane z wpływem odkształceń podłoża gruntowego na stan techniczny tej zabudowy. Scharakteryzowano rodzaje badań diagnostycznych i sposoby zabezpieczania bądż wzmacniania konstrukcji budynków istniejących.

General description of material and construction solutions of old and historical buildings is presented together with vital problems of the soil deformation of their foundations on the building technical conditions. Different methods of diagnostics together with protection and reinforcement methods of existing buildings are dealt with.

The contribution deals with moisture regime specific problems of classic brick peripheral construction analysed as a part of the reaserch project VEGA 1/5067/98 as "Evaluation methodics of energy efficiency of classic and historical building recostructions." The exploration aim was to show the important functional defects appeared on interior surfaces of peripheral walls. Mentioned results come from the measurement results in situ and theoretical analyses involved moisture regime of measuring peripheral wall construction within operated conditions. The contribution involves general conclusions and recommendations for consideration of moisture problems in classic brick constructions.
