Статья посвящена решению социальных задач в Москве и Берлине путем введения индустриальных методов строительства и корректировки архитектурных решений. Авторами рассматриваются типовые серии индустриального жилищного фонда в Москве и Берлине периода конца 1950–х –начала 1970–х годов. Проводятся параллели между решением жилищных задач, выявляются сходства и различия в подходах к решению проблемы.

Article is devoted to the solution of social tasks in Moscow and Berlin by introduction of industrial methods of construction and correction of architectural concepts. Authors consider standard series of industrial housing stock in Moscow and Berlin of the period of the end the 1950th – the beginning of the 1970th years. Parallels between the solution of housing tasks are drawn; similarities and differences in approaches to solving the problem are revealed.

Zagadnienie relacji pomiędzy energią a architekturą jest często omawiane w odniesieniu do aspektów technicznych i aktualnych wymogów w zakresie zasad projektowania budynków energooszczędnych i przepisów prawnych. To obecnie szeroko podejmowana tematyka w pracach naukowych z zakresu architektury i budownictwa. Energia może być jednakże rozważana również w aspekcie symboliki w ramach architektonicznych idei twórczych i odczuć psychologicznych. Subiektywne odczucia w tym zakresie bywają bardzo zróżnicowane i dotąd raczej szerzej nie były analizowane. Istniejące możliwości związane z pojęciem energii wykorzystywanym na różne sposoby w twórczych ideach kształtowania przestrzennego wydają się warte rozważenia wobec wielkiego i ciągle wzrastającego znaczenia terminu we współczesnym budownictwie i architekturze. W symbolicznej sferze zagadnienia można dostrzec przejawy energii w formach budynków, ich kolorystyce czy fakturze powierzchni. Problematyka techniczna dotyczy problemów energetycznych w powiązaniu z odpowiednim kształtowaniem formy obiektów, przegród zewnętrznych i wyposażenia technicznego. Te elementy architektoniczno - budowlane służą pozyskiwaniu energii ze źródeł odnawialnych, ochronie przed stratami i nadmiarem energii cieplnej. Imperatyw projektowy związany z energią spowodował istotne zmiany w procesie projektowania i charakterze zawodu architekta.

Problems of relations between energy and architecture are frequently discussed as to technical aspects and requirements related to low-energy buildings and adequate regulations. This issue is largely deliberated in scientific and professional literature about architecture and construction. Energy, however, can also be considered as part of symbolic aspects of architectural ideas and psychological sensation. Subjective impressions in this regard are diversified and so far rarely analyzed. There is some interesting potential in the idea of energy as a creative factor being applied in different ways in architectural design. In the symbolic sphere of the issue one can perceive indications of energy in architectural forms, applied colours and treatment of surfaces. Technical issues related to energy in architecture cover such problems as building forms and envelopes as well as services enhanced with new technologies. All these elements are designed to gain energy from renewable sources, to reduce heat losses and to protect buildings from excess of thermal energy. Energy as contemporary design imperative has stimulated over the last years important modifications in professional methods and procedures of architectural design.

Praca, na wybranym przykładzie, omawia formę przeprowadzonych na etapie koncepcji architektonicznej optymalizacji budynku. Wskazuje, jaki wpływ miały analizy różnych strategii odnośnie do wentylacji, ogrzewania, chłodzenia, poziomu komfortu i doświetlenia wnętrz, ilości przeszkleń i typów materiałów, na decyzje projektowe architektów i wytyczne stawiane przez inwestorów na etapie projektu budowlanego.

The work shows, on one example, how a building optimization was carried out during the design process of a single family detached house. It explains, what effect the analysis of ventilation, heating/cooling, thermal comfort and lighting strategies, have on the final architectural concept, as well as, how it influences the final costs of the building. The paper identifies the benefits fromof applying the use of an integrated building design process and the use of optimization tools on the building quality. The study is based on the design of thea single family detached house near Wroclaw. The proposed design process allowed to size thea great number of building elements in order to define thean equilibrium in between the building costs, energy consumption, comfort, functionality, durability and architectural quality, – thuswhich are the most of the criteria whichthat make thea building to be truly sustainable.

This article addressess the "Trialog method", which is a method of finding the best solutions to the problem. That great idea, is based on assessing problem value by a three-step method: finding negative, positive, and finally, interesting sides of the problem. One very important thing is that all participants of the discussion, have to free themselves of their "EGO" during the process. So, they are focusing just right on the task, without worry of being accessed and criticized. Participants must be spontaneous and open minded. The responsibility for changing their point of view and way of thinking is not important, as it is in normal life, because everyone is a mixture and combination of very antagonistic sides. You may say then that "Trialog Method" gives you a freedom during the accessing process.
