The influence of conditions of precipitation of hydroxides on properties of HfO[2]-Dy[2]O[3]-Nb[2]O[5] powders was studied. The hydroxides were obtained by direct, inverse and simultaneous precipitation from hydrochloric solutions without employing surfactants and precursors. Optimal conditions for producing finely dispersed powders involve simultaneous precipitation of hydroxides at pH 6 followed by complete precipitation of dysprosium hydroxide at pH 10,5. For produced powders specific surface area, bulk density, mean particle size and phase composition were determined.

The paper presents theoretical analyze and simulation calculations results of chosen models of the small power reluctance motors, in which traditional rotor was replaced by a rotor made by compacting of magnetic powder composite (MPC). Determination of realization possibility and usability of such solution, in particular designs of this type of rotors, including reluctance motors manufactured individually, was a target of the presented research. Important advantage of MPC technology is simply way of various materials joining in one element. This enables creation of magnetic core design consisting of integrating structures with various physical properties. Disadvantage of MPC is lower permeability and greater energy loss if compare with electrical sheet. However, this disadvantage is of less importance in some applications, particularly in atypical solutions of motors designed for specific applications.

Określono wytyczne kształtowania ablacyjnych właściwości termoochronnych kompozytowych osłon autonomicznych. Zaprezentowano metodykę badań ablacyjnych, dobór komponentów i skład kompozytów na bazie żywic fenolowo-formaldehydowych z wysokotopliwymi napełniaczami proszkowymi, wyniki badań oraz wnioski.

The ways of modification ablation thermal properties of autonomic composite casings were presented. The methodology of ablation research, selection of components and tape-matter of composites with phenol formaldehyde matrix and high-fusibility pulveraceous fillers, the results and conclusions of research was shown.
