Today's economic map of the World is dominated by clusters. Clusters represent a new way of thinking about location and a new way of entrepreneurship organization. Competitiveness may be achieved through the development of clusters. Collective learning is a core feature of clusters. The article presents the essence, competitive advantage and organizational learning in clusters. Learning by imitation in clusters can to reduce entrepreneurial risk. In situations, where knowledge is taxit, a central role are playing interorganizational relationships, interactions and networks.
