Nie jest tajemnicą, że poziom robotyzacji i automatyzacji gospodarki ma znaczny wpływ na jej konkurencyjność. Naturalny jest zatem obrany przez Ministerstwo Finansów i Ministerstwo Rozwoju kierunek działań mający na celu pobudzenie polskiej gospodarki do inwestowania w roboty i maszyny automatyzujące produkcję. Ten cel ma zostać osiągnięty poprzez wdrożenie do polskiego systemu podatkowego tzw. ulgi na robotyzację.

Increasing global competition, changes in the environment and the increasing complexity of supply chains force companies to look for more effective solutions that meet the needs and requirements of customers. The development of information and communication technologies (ICT) can help to cope with these challenges. It can be observed that automation and industrial robotics in production are increasingly attracting the attention of scientists and practitioners. The article presents the situation of selected production companies in terms of readiness and the level of interest in the implementation of solutions that automate manufacturing processes.

W artykule przedstawiono problematykę robotyzacji małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych w Polsce, w szczególności z uwzględnieniem robotów kooperacyjnych i kolaborujących. Omówiono aktualne światowe trendy rozwoju robotyki przemysłowej w tych właśnie obszarach. Jednocześnie podniesiono aspekt bezpieczeństwa, jako najistotniejszego elementu bezpośredniej interakcji człowieka z robotem. Zaprezentowano zdobywające coraz większą popularność kierunki współpracy człowieka i robota, które są w praktyce realizowane na stanowiskach produkcyjnych. Pierwszy z nich to kooperacja, rozumiana jako współpraca człowieka z robotem, w wykonaniu niemal standardowym – w wersji sterowania zwanej potocznie safety – bez ogrodzeń. Z kolei drugi, to kolaboracja i pod tym pojęciem rozumie się współpracę człowieka „ramię w ramię”, z robotem.

The subject of the article is to present the specifics of robotization of small and mediumsized production enterprises (SMEs) in Poland, in particular including cooperative and collaborative robots (cooperation, collaboration). Current global directions and trends in the development of industrial robotics in these areas will be presented at the same time, the article presents the security aspect as the most important element of direct human-robot interaction. Those two directions of cooperation between man and robot, which are gaining increasing popularity, are in practice already implemented at production sites. To zoom in, the first of these is cooperation, understood here as a cooperation between man and robot, almost standard (in the control version commonly known as safety), without fences. In turn, the second one is collaboration and under this concept, for the purposes of this study, it means the cooperation of the person „shoulder to shoulder”, with the robot.
