W artykule przedstawiono układ hydrauliczny, w którym podstawowe elementy, takie jak pompa gerotorowa, cylinder hydrauliczny, zawór maksymalny, rozdzielacz lub co najmniej ich kluczowe części będą wykonane z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedstawione zostały wyniki badań podstawowego elementu układu - pompy gerotorowej z kołami zębatymi z tworzywa sztucznego. Wyniki przeprowadzonych badań potwierdzają możliwość stosowania tworzywa sztucznego jako materiału konstrukcyjnego w hydraulice.

Paper presents the hydraulic system in which the basic elements such as gerotor pump, hydraulic cylinder, pressure relief valve, divider, or at least their crucial parts are made of plastics. Paper presents the test results of an essential element of this system - the gerotor pump with gears made of plastics. The findings of this study confirm the possibility of using plastics as a structural material in the hydraulics.

In the paper the analysis of decompositions of forces in the elements of cycloidal gears for the theoretical model and the model allowing for clearance has been presented. The results obtained were the basic to determine the decompositions of stresses by FEM method and for an introduction of constructional changes in the cycloidal gears.
