In article were presented results of researches carried out in knitting company, which is specializing in lady's sweaters production. Company's organizational structure is characteristic for polish family enterprises. In order to establish incompatibilities level of produced products there was carried out analysis based on usage of Ishikawa and Pareto-Lorenz diagram in two researched periods. Results of the above analysis were defined as starting point for elaborating the proposal of quality level improvement. For description and selection of the most optimal quality improvement proposals there was used relations diagram. There was also proposed implementation at work places 5S practices, organizational structure reorganization and also change of the choice and qualification way of raw materials' deliverers. In this purpose there was used PDPC diagram for raw materials quality improvement.
