Das Kapitał mu(3 man in dem zweien Aufstiegen untersuchen: a) das Kapitał in Sachaufsieg - als einer von dem Produktionsfaktor, au(3er dem Grund, der Arbeit und dem technischeren Fortschriftt; b) das Kapitał in dem Finanzaufstieg - als Finanzmittel des Betriebs.

W niniejszym opracowaniu zaproponowano metodyką optymalizacji struktury kapitałowej przedsiębiorstwa w warunkach gospodarki rynkowej. Punktem wyjścia przeprowadzonych rozważań uczynniono kategorię optymalnej struktury kapitału, jak również identyfikację kryterium oceny tej optymalizacji. Na tym tle określono zestaw wskaźników, których szacowanie jest niezbędne do ustalenia optymalnej proporcji kapitału obcego i kapitału własnego w finansowaniu określonej strategii rozwoju.

In the present study, a method of optimisation of company's capital strucutre in the condistions of market economy is suggested. A category of optimal capital's structure has been made a starting point, as well as identyfication of criterion of this optimisation. In this background, a set of indexes has been established, estimating which is necessary for establishing the ideal proportion of foreign and own capital in fanancing a particular development strategy.

The article concerns commonly used sources of financing material investment. Financial resources can be classified following various criteria. The article presents financial resources classified by the criterion of the source of funding - enterprise's own [internal] capital vs foreign capital. Financing with venture capital becomes increasingly important in the internal capital class. My [The] article is focused on the difference between venture capital and bank loans. Since bank loans and credits make the most popular source of funding, they are dealt with analyzed in-depth in the article, along with leasing. Financing material investment is very risky, because it involves innovative decisions. Therefore acquiring getting capital makes one of most important problems that companies in Poland need to solve. Hence it makes [I decided to select it for] the subject of my article.
