There are given the results of the theoretical and experimental studies, which made possible to propose methodology and to get calculated dependences for determination of the technological parameters, which guarantee the realization of the energy-saving assembling of connections with the straining by method KTSS.

In precision joints complementarity of details is incomplete in most cases (usually group), that leads to essential complication of assembly process and it is accompanied by decline of productivity and work in progress occurrence. Values of these losses can be steered, but it is connected with additional complications of assembly technologies and expenses for their realization. There is a problem of optimization of technology of assembly of the precision joints, minimizing losses from a work in progress and decline of productivity of dimensional acquisition. In the present report the decision of the specified problems of optimization is resulted.

The article presents results of comparative research of shearing strength of aluminum alloys single-lap adhesive bonded joints. Application in aerospace industry was the main criterion of material selection. Results of static shearing strength of single-lap adhesive bonded joints for different variations of material preparing (mechanical cleaning and ozonization) were analyzed. The paper ends with conclusions.

The article presents comparative analysis of destructive force values for adhesive, adhesive-riveted and titanium alloy riveted joints, widely applied in aircraft industry. The analysis was conducted for three types of assembly joints: adhesive, adhesive-riveted and riveted. The two joints variants considered differed in the length of the lap, the number and the distribution of rivets. The riveted and adhesive-riveted joints tested included two or five rivets. Moreover, two lap lengths were applied for all the tested joint types (adhesive, adhesive-riveted, riveted), 16 and 32 mm. In the case of single-riveted joints (2 rivets) the lap length was 16mm, while for the other sample (5 rivets) - 32 mm. The results of the tests led to observe the increase of the destructive force value in the case of adhesive joints with the increase of the lap length. The observation was not dissimilar for the riveted and adhesive-riveted joints. The comparison of the three joint types of equal lap length indicated that the destructive force value for adhesive-riveted and riveted joints difference was negligible, while lower values could be observed in the case of adhesive joints.

W pracy przedstawiono uogólnione wyniki badań technologii wykonywania połączeń wciskanych z podgrzewaną częścią obejmującą i z wykonanym na niej regularnym mikroreliefem oraz ze schładzaną częścią obejmowaną. Wyniki przedstawiono w postaci uogólnionych nomogramów, umożliwiających dobór parametrów technologicznych w zależności od badanych, zmiennych parametrów procesu.

W pracy przytoczono analizy teoretyczne oparte na wcześniejszych badaniach eksperymentalnych, umożliwiające wyznacznie temperatur nagrzewania części obejmującej połączenia wciskowego oraz temperatur schładzania części obejmowanej. Przytoczone zależności umożliwiają również wyznaczanie rozkładów temperatur w częściach łączonych w trakcie wciskania, co umożliwia dokładne wyznaczenie uzyskanego wcisku.

W pracy przedstawiono problemy kontroli wyrobów z materiałów kompozytowych przy zastosowaniu rentgenowskiej, obliczeniowej tomografii umożliwiającej uwidocznienie struktury wewnętrznej kompozytu. Pozwala to pośrednio ocenić właściwości wytrzymałościowe i wady klejenia. Zastosowanie takiej tomografii na etapie przygotowania prototypu umożliwia właściwy dobór parametrów technologicznych i dopracowanie technologiczności konstrukcji oraz uwidocznienie budowy wewnętrznej i ewentualnych wad. Pozwala to na poprawienie konstrukcji i cech wyrobu.

This article resulted from the problematic issue of stainless sheets joining, as observed in one of Polish companies. The joining technology in question is welding and it has proven unsuitable due to severe deformations of the welded material occurring in the consequence of its structure and chemical composition. The problem occurs predominantly in case of small thickness sheets and concerns changing of dimensions. In case of gas metal arc welding of big flat surfaces or constructions where there is either no access to the other side of welded sheets or the access is difficult this method was found to be both cost-ineffective and highly difficult. Due to the numerous drawbacks with welding, an alternative joining method of bonding has been introduced. This article presents stainless steel sheets bonding joints strength analysis. The essential technological factor in gluing, which influences bonding joint strength, is surface treatment. Therefore, various commonly accessible surface treatment methods were applied to the stainless steel sheets surface.

The contribution deals with joining of materials and creating of bushings from aluminium materials, with using of new joining technology by thermal drilling, it means by Flowdrill method. This method is using at joining of materials such as sheets, pipes, hollow profile, where the thickness of material does not allow to make the drilling with enough number of threads. Also we can compare this thermal drilling technology with production of smooth cylindrical and conical bushings by forming technologies as hole burnishing. This paper was made with cooperation with firm Commerc Service spol.s.r.o., Presov.

Technological foundations of control algorithmization of dimensional coupling at stages of assembly precision achievement are considered in this paper. Methodology of automatic control structure and parameter-oriented synthesis has been developed for the touch coupling of the connected parts' joint points. Implementation and results of control over dimensional coupling at the stage of dynamic setting of the technological system when a roller bearing is being installed into the generator cover in the Assembly Centre at the Samara State Technical University are presented here.

The paper deals with joining of steel sheets for automotive industry using press joining method. This method is a relatively new technique of car body sheets joining which is beginning to find its place in the automotive industry as an alternative to resistance spot welding, especially in joining materials of different qualities. Combination of two hot-dip galvanized steel sheets: microalloyed steel sheet H220PD of the thickness 0,8 mm and TRIP steel 40/70+Z100MBO of the thickness 0,77 mm were used for the experiments. The tensile test and metalographical analysis were used for evaluation of the press joints properties. The influence of the sheet's position in press joining of used materials on carrying capacity considering the active parts of the tool - punch and die was observed.
