The development of internet trade (electronic sell) in Polish conditions is natural way for further progress. Presently is over 800 e-shops acting, comparing with ca. 30 in 1996 year. The structure of products offered is very similar to the e-shops functioning in developed countries. The principal difference is observing in forms of payments, where in Poland the mail sending is dominating when in foreign countries - credit cards. In Western Europe, this form of trade remembers the situation in the USA before 2 years. In Poland we have a little worse level, but the dynamic changes permit to hope for rapid improvements. The quality in all aspects, specially in service activities, is here crucial for the next steps. What it means, is explained in the article.
